Golf et escapade à la plage à Myrtle Beach

2 BR 2 Bath Condo sur le parcours de golf de Myrtlewood. Beaucoup d'espace, de stationnement et d'accès à d'autres terrains de golf.

Unité d'extrémité. Parfait pour une famille ou des golfeurs. Lit Queen, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit. TV écran plat disponible. WiFi inclus. Grand balcon au deuxième étage pour se détendre qui surplombe la piscine.

Près d'autres commodités de Myrtle Beach, juste à côté de l'autoroute 17. Broadway on the Beach est à 3 minutes en voiture.

1 mile de la plage pour les familles qui souhaitent faire une excursion d'une journée avec parking public en lots ou sur la rue Main. Accès proche aux autres terrains de golf environnants.

La voiture est fortement recommandée. Il s'agit de Condo NON FUMEUR.

Les petits animaux sont admis avec préavis et avec un supplément de 75 $ pour les animaux. Ne pas nous informer d'amener un animal de compagnie peut perdre votre caution.

Location du samedi au samedi pendant la saison estivale (15 juin au 15 août).

TOUT DOMMAGE SERA ÉVALUÉ ET DÉDUIT DU DÉPÔT AU TRIPLE DU COÛT.

Politique d'annulation:
Pour les réservations de moins de 10 jours: les voyageurs qui annulent au moins 60 jours avant l'enregistrement obtiennent un remboursement de 100%. Entre 30 et 60 jours, obtenez 50%. <30 jours = aucun remboursement.

Pour les réservations> = durée de 10 jours (par exemple 2 semaines): l'annulation dans les 120 jours suivant l'enregistrement entraînera la perte de 75% de la location. Dans les 90 jours, tout est perdu.

Si nous sommes en mesure de louer le condo pendant vos dates de réservation d'origine, nous vous rembourserons le montant reçu de la nouvelle location. Pour toute annulation, votre caution et frais de ménage vous seront restitués.

(Désolé d'être aussi strict, 3 personnes ont littéralement annulé des réservations à plus long terme à la dernière minute cette année et ont perdu la location pendant ces semaines (frustrant). Conclusion: si nous n'avons pas la possibilité de louer le logement à quelqu'un d'autre, nous conserverons votre argent. Nous mettrons tout en œuvre pour louer le logement et si nous pouvons le louer à quelqu'un d'autre, nous vous rembourserons volontiers votre argent. )

Great family vacation!

We just got back from an amazing week! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I did have a question about the tv and Aaron responded immediately. My kids loved the pool and we mostly had it to ourselves. The kids are already saying we need to stay at the same place next year. Very happy with our vacation!

Quiet & relaxing short vacation

Our stay in the condo was very nice. It is quiet and centrally located to a variety of activities. The pool and grounds were kept up nicely. The condo is as pictured and pleasent. We will return if available for next vacation.

It was spacious and a great area to walk if you like to enjoy it or have a pet. property manager was great with communication and working with you if you have any certain needs. I would absolutely stay here again.

Myrtle Beach Stay

I was very pleased with this pet friendly unit. It is very close to the beach and the pool area is great. There is ample space for dog walking. The unit is comfortable and well set up. The owners are really really nice and anything I needed was addressed immediately and courteously.

Stayed 2 months at this property. Great neighborhood,close to shopping and short drive to beach. Owners quickly responded when I did have small issue. My little dog and I settled in like it was home. Loved it

Fantastic property. This condo is beyond equipped for a short or long stay. Beautifully furnished The building is extremely quiet. The grounds are beautiful. Less than 2 miles to the beach and about 14 minutes from the airport. Sorry I did not have my golf clubs to play the golf course. I would highly recommend this perfect property

Love the location and the quiet. Very close driving distance to all attractions, beach, venues. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen needs updating, esp countertop appliances. Washer is very noisy. Safety concern with balcony slanting downward. Towels were poor quality- very thin and got fuzz everywhere. Did see a couple of bugs, one in kitchen and one in bath.

Cleaning Service :(

When we arrived after a ten-hour drive was a condo that was not cleaned by the previous renter. The cleaning service forgot to clean and the owner made it like no big deal. Ask us to go to the pool but he was not aware of the weather condition in the area. The family was upset and this is the second time this location has to produce unsatisfied conditions upon arrival. Our next trip will not be in this neighborhood.
