The beach is less than one block away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. Spend the morning on the sand, come back for lunch, then head back out to catch the sunset.

June 12th - September 4th, Sunday evenings sundaes are served in beautiful Northside Park paired with your favorite live music! A great event for the entire family. In addition to building your own ice cream sundae and free music there are various free activities and entertainment especially for the kids! Pack up your beach chair, blanket and snacks for a fun night under the stars complete with a fireworks display at 9:00 PM.

When we found this condo, we loved the location immediately. Being just steps from the beach and across from Northside Park makes it easy to enjoy everything that makes Ocean City so special â from summer concerts and fireworks to youth sports tournaments and family walks along the bay.
