Great place to stay. Beds are comfortable and funiture nice. You can see the ocean from the balcony. And have a great view of fireworks at Northside park from outside front door.

There are many rental options in OCMD, but I have yet to come across another company that compares to Best of OC. My family has used them several times, and not only are the properties they represent top-notch, but so are the people representing the business. Steve and Claire are as good as they come.

Great vacation spot!

Beautiful, spacious, and clean unit with everything we needed for a great vacation with our family, including three young kids. Very convenient location with easy access to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Close to beach

House was close to beach and good shopping. House was mostly clean. Our family enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful Condo

Wonderful stay

We had a great experience. The unit was clean, the shades in the bedroom were ideal for a 10 month old who sleeps during the day, and the bedrooms were a great size. A beautiful view of the beach as well.

Whirlwind of a weekend

Wonderful location & the condo was comfortable for all of us. Location allowed us to enjoy some time on the beach in between a busy lacrosse schedule. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is located close to the beach in a great location. It was very clean with lots of space. We loved being on the same floor as the roof top pool. We will definitely return.

Weekend Get Away

This condo was very nice. The views of the ocean where spectacular. Our weekend was great but if I had to complain about anything it would the linen rental service. Bed comforters, sheets, and towels might have been clean but had stains and even hair on the king comforter. We will stay here again in the future becuase this condo was awesome.

Family Vacay

Location was great, short walk to beach, view & pool A+. Elevator was a great addition for my mom who can’t climb steps. Inside was spacious. Only complaint is the washer/dryer is old and took forever to do a load of laundry. Also one of the king size mattress needs to replaced. Will definitely rent this unit again, my family had a great time.

Our stay

Overall it was a great vacation. The unit was clean and the listing was accurate. Just a few things I would change. The privacy of the windows facing the walk way were not private someone could see right in the unit and the kitchen was not stocked with the proper place settings. There was only one dinner plate .

Great place but the pool failed inspection...

The property and location were great! The place was very clean and had plenty of kitchen equipment necessary for our vacation. Unfortunately, on the 3rd day of our stay, the property had a pool inspection scheduled and it failed the inspection. Therefore the pool was locked and we had no access to the pool for half of our vacation, which was very upsetting. Also, we were unable to access the storage closet that is listed.

Just OK Stay

The property smelled like bleach, but was not clean. Coffee table sticky, bed spreads visibly soiled. Despite COVID-19, we did a thorough clean before we could settle in. Washing bed spreads, wiping down hard surfaces. Biggest disappointment was the Condo Pool was closed (and had been closed based on site signage for months before we booked) BUT listing did not advertise the pool was closed. I only searched for rentals WITH a pool, and with young children a pool is a must for a beach trip. Location and amenities in the property were great. So, overall just an “okay” review.

We do apologize for the issues that Emily experienced, especially the pool being closed. Obviously we have no control over the pool being open or closed but we had been notified that it would open during the time that Emily was there. The building owners made a reversal of their decision to open and decided to keep it closed due to covid concerns. Over 1/2 of the pools in Ocean City did not open this summer due to concerns of spreading the virus. We use a new cleaning company that is doing a much better job, and the owner has done numerous renovations with upgraded TV's New kitchen appliances and bedding. Steve Best of OC Condo Rentals

This was a spacious property. Comfortable beds and fans in all rooms was a plus. The pool was close by the unit and never crowded. We loved the area. Many restaurants and stores close and walkable. Loved being by north side park. Would rent again.

Wonderful Beach Stay

Location is great - 1 block to the beach, within walking and short driving distance to markets, restaurants, activities. The condo was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Pool is close, clean, and had ample seating. Beach is well maintained and family friendly The owners were helpful in answering our questions. Linen service was convenient.
