Everything was great except for the stairs. I should have addressed that upfront but didn’t. I’m 84 with a hip issue and my daughter has arthritis in her ankles so the stairs were challenging. Otherwise everything was really good. FYI we are on our way out.

We have stayed at Duane's condo many times now to visit family. Each time, we are impressed with our stay from the cleanliness of the unit to the ease of communication with Duane! We highly recommend Duane's condo if you are ever in SCV. The location is quiet and the garage is a definite plus. It is also a quick hop and a skip to LA.

We didn’t use the pool so just put 4 stars. My husband walked by them and they looked nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the big beds and 3 bedrooms. Kitchen was small but we didn’t do any cooking so perfect size for us. Nice large dining table. Sofa was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Keurig was very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I let him know the bathroom fan didn’t work. TV was great size. Host had snacks for us which my son loved. We had a great stay.

16th bday

This was the most well-equipped Vrbo we have ever stayed in, he has all the necessities! It was nice to have treats upon arrival, and communication was easy. Good location for all the things that we were doing for our trip. We had a very memorable experience and a great 16th birthday celebration. Definitely would stay here again.

Slums of Canyon Country

Had a poor experience at this property. Parking was horrendous (SUV did not fit in tiny garage), apartment had 3 bedrooms and not 4 as mentioned in their description, the owner was uncooperative, and the units looked like Section 8 housing. We vacated a week early and never looked back.

Home away from home

We had an amazing stay at Duane’s condo. It was clean and welcoming with all the amenities anyone could wish for. Communication with the host was seamless and easy. Check in and check out went very smoothly. We will definitely stay again.

Nice condo near Six Flags

This is our second time renting from Duane. My kids love the treats he sets out. Easy checkin and checkout. We will be back again next year!

Surprising Touches

The host was great and there were so many extra special touches I’ve never had in a vacation home. It’s clear that this place has been setup with the vacationer in mind. Coffee bar, snacks, drinks, sweet note and unique decor. The neighborhood is quiet. Quick drive to Six Flags. Great restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area again.

A great stay in Santa Clarita

Duane’s condo was the perfect fit for us four guys who were in town for a conference. Three bedrooms and the memory foam mattress for the fourth guest worked out great. There were nice extras like snacks, coffee pods, bottled water, and shampoo/body wash as well. Clean place and quiet neighbors.

A place to sleep!

We came to town to visit my ailing grandparents and this was a great place nearby so we could stay close, but out of their hair. We would book again.

Amazing stay at perfect location

Our visit with family over the holidays was made even more perfect with our stay at Duane's condo. The condo was immaculate and the check in process was seamless. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to bedding. The condo is spacious and I loved the amount of natural light. We will definitely return again!
