Escape to coastal bliss at this charming beachside home, perfect for your next getaway. With three cozy bedrooms and two baths, it comfortably accommodates your family or group. The living area features stylish decor, inviting you to unwind in comfort. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area are ideal for home-cooked meals, while the backyard deck offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Just a short stroll from the sandy shores, you'll spend your days exploring the beach, indulging in water sports, or simply relaxing under the sun. A brief walk takes you to the vibrant Atlantic Beach Circle, where a variety of local restaurants and bars await, perfect for dining out and enjoying the nightlife. This seaside haven promises a memorable and relaxing stay by the sea.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Small bungalow worked for our family . Just one and half blocks from the beach. You couldn’t have a better location.

Wonderful Rental

Host was great with answering my questions. Very responsive. House was perfect for what we needed. It was easy walking distance to beach and coffee/donut place for morning donuts. Very clean and spacious back yard. Fun to sit out back and enjoy the deck. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, classic beach house

Sweet house with all your basics covered. Great for dogs, as the back yard is ALMOST totally fenced in and large. It was a little dirty - air vents has a lot of dirt and dust, window sills had cobwebs and bugs - but the majority of the home was tidy and clean. It’s in such a great location, super easy to walk to the beach, as well as to restaurants and shopping. Great neighborhood to walk our dogs too! And quiet. Very grateful for the very responsive and helpful management company.

Close to the beach

Cute and close to the beach. Drain flies were a problem and we reported it but asked not to have some one come and address it. We did it ourselves with hot water and white vinegar that was already there. Positives: easy beach walk, good kitchen set up, comfortable couch and nice outside sitting area, deck and yard. Salt Life is an amazing property. The location and neighborhood were perfect. A one minute walk around the corner and your on the beach. A two minute walk down the block and you’re in AB for restaurants and shops. The kids loved walking to the doughnut shop every morning and our dog loved her morning/evening beach walks. The house was clean and spacious with everything you would need for a family beach vacation. We had a great time at Salt Life & AB and we’ll definitely be back!
