4 miles from downtown Bandera, on 12 acres is perfect for gatherings, this guest home has everything you might need: a master spa magnetic therapy hot tub, a saltwater pool with lighted covered patio with living and dining area, 56' television, outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill, griddle, frozen drink machines, ice cream machines, lighted Sport Court for basketball and shuffleboard, disc golf, Cornhole game, darts, ping pong and a TREE FORT. The home has a family suite with king bed and bathroom with shower that also opens to the 2nd bedroom of the family suite with King bed and two twin beds. A third bedroom with king bed and a bathroom with stand up shower. A completely enclosed porch with a wood burning fireplace, sofa seating area and TV, three twin beds and a queen bed is just off the pool deck. All rooms have TV as does the pool patio and has HULU live streaming. High Speed Internet and printer scanner for keeping up with work. There is another home on the property as well as a chicken coop with chickens, and a lower garden where our three little Pot Bellied Pigs, Blitzen, Cupid, and Vixen spend their days before they comes in for bed at night. Note: A property caretaker will be on the estate but you won't know they are there unless you would like to interact with the animals. We are very pet friendly and dogs are on the property but kept away from guests unless you need some puppy love. We are a wildlife preserve and feed and water wildlife so it is abundant here. If you are coming for the parties in Bandera, we will drive you and pick you up. We will also be happy to take our guests on the local wine tours!
