Beautiful home with large yard and lots of room!

Beautiful home with large yard and ample parking located just minutes from Lake Cumberland and Beaver Creek Marina. About 5 mins to Beaver Creek Marina aka Safe Harbor and about 15 mins to Conley Bottom. Two driveways to accommodate boats, RV’s and trailers. Sleeps 10-12. 4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has full size bed, Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom 4 is in basement with1 King bed and 1 full size bed . A queen size air mattress is also available. Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot, (coffee and k cups provided) located in the kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tv’s. Home includes one full bathroom with tub/shower combo on main floor, and full basement with sitting and dining area with full bath. Outside access from basement. Fire pit, Blackstone grill, corn hole board game, toys, outdoor folding chairs and carport with outdoor seating. Just 5 miles to Monticello. Come enjoy a weekend or week-long stay and sit on the front porch rockers to watch beautiful sun set over the fields on the cattle farm.

For the third year in a row, this property came through. Easy access to Beaver Creek Marina. The property sets far enough from the main road (SR 92) that we don't notice any of the traffic. The neighbor dogs ( Benji and Mama) are quite friendly.

The location of the propery was wonderful, so peaceful and great outdoor space to gather in! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could POSSIBLY need! Hostess was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. We we would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a weekend getaway to relax and this place was just that! The house is beautiful and not far from the lake. And Vicki the host is so kind and very communicative! Would love to stay again

Quick get away

Property and house were perfect for our quick family getaway. Close to the lake, large area for boat parking. The owners even put together a small gift basic for the kiddos!

This house is perfect. Very clean and nicely decorated. Vicki was easy to get in contact and responded quickly. Check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful home for our family getaway to the lake. Everything we needed was there. House was clean, well stocked, and a beautiful setting. Enjoyed the front porch and fire pit. Played some air hockey with the grandson and we enjoyed the friendly neighborhood border collie's. Wonderful place. Host is great with communication.

Lake Life on the Farm

Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking.

Everything was very neat and clean, and all was as expected from the listing. Host's added notes for special instructions were prominent (e.g., don't feed neighbor dogs that visit -who are very polite BTW, and wait to be invited onto the porch; otherwise they leave). Host responded very quickly to all communications. We were 7 adults - parents with our 3 young adults, an almost-in-law, and a nephew. We were looking for down-time together. Rained a lot - but fabulous porches let us sit outside during all of it and such a nice breeze on the front porch! Living room had ample comfortable seating for all 7 of us, a rarety! Fully enjoyed our quiet time together and checked out one nearby water access (Twyford Point) to the lake that was pretty and great for skipping rocks. Pool table and air hockey were fun. We brought our Starlink for us parents to work a couple days, but kids used house wifi without a problem. Two of my boys enjoyed the walking trail (for Pokemon...) at Monticello's city park, and we were impressed by all it offered, including frisbee golf, corn hole, and horseshoes, along with the standards People at South Central Trap were very friendly and helpful for hubby to go trap shooting. Host went out of her way to help connect him with them.Sooo wonderfully quiet of non-nature noises. If we vacation near there again, it is definitely on my list of places to stay!
