Welcome to the Polo House Villa, your personal gated resort, sleeping 20 people and sitting practically next to the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds.

The backyard has been newly styled with swinging chairs, curtained private lanais and beautiful outdoor seating.

Lie back in one of the poolside cabana style day beds and sip on a martini in the gorgeous desert heat of Indio. Or dine Al Fresco with your entire group at our large outdoor table that comfortably seats 22 people. And when it’s dark, cozy up at the fire pit with your loved ones.

Come play! We have a brand new professional level, fully lit PICKLEBALL COURT! Or practice your short game on our full-size putting green. We also have a bocce ball court, grass volleyball court and outdoor ping pong. And of course you can always relax in the pool or hot tub–not a care in the world.

How about the inside? All of our nine bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms! One room has two queen size beds and the rest are all King size beds. Six of the kings can be configured as either two Twins or one king.

The expansive kitchen opens to the backyard and is equipped with nearly every gadget you could imagine. A viking stove and oven make cooking for all occasions a pleasure. Two refrigerators and an open pantry ensure plenty of storage for your entire party.

And when you want to watch the game or a movie, enjoy the 130” TV in the fully equipped game room. Play billiards, foosball, shufflepuck or any number of board games. There’s room for everyone.

The tastefully modern BBQ pergola offers an area to hang out with a large gas BBQ, drinks refrigerator and bar area.

Come lounge poolside or in the many shaded spaces and then at night sit by the fire pit with a glass of wine and just relax.

There’s room for everyone! Perfect for golf trips, family reunions, big birthday celebrations or just an escape to a quiet beautiful relaxing space.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property. The space was stunning, clean, and the grounds are packed with many onsite activity options for all to participate and that kept everyone entertained. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location was ideal and it was everything we imagined.

This home worked well for our multi-generational family stay. Every bedroom having an en suite bathroom was so nice! The house is very functional and presents well (photos are accurate). There is some "wear and tear" here and there. Nothing that impacts overall enjoyment, but a little surprising for the price point. We would book again though!

12 guys on a golf trip plenty of space, comfortable, spacious, and everything worked great. Eden was an awesome host. Definitely worth coming back next year!!!

Amazing

Everything about our stay was better than we had hoped. The lead up included great communication, the house was a paradise and a wonderful luxury bubble. The house us very well maintained. Kitchen was great and had every convenience.Eden was exceptional, responsive, professional and super friendly. Jackie gave us a tour on arrival and we were setup for success. Cannot recommend more highly.

A Trip to Remember

Me and a large group of my buddies booked the Polo House for a long weekend stay. The house was fantastic with all of us having our own bedroom. The amenities were amazing as well with us using the courts, pool, pool table, and outdoor area to the fullest extent.The property manager was amazing. She gave me a tour of the property when we first checked in and was available whenever I needed her to address any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend this property and this host as the experience was 5 star. We will be staying here again whenever my group of friends are in the area for golf or other travel.

Hey people this house is awesome. It is huge, every room has its own bathroom, the kitchen is fantastic although honestly if I built the kitchen I might have arranged the appliances differently but that's really neither here nor there. :-). There are two dishwashers, a huge gas stove and lots and lots of seating. I had a group of 14 and we actually had more space than we needed here. The hot tub was very popular as well as the outdoor kitchen for grilling. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of parking on the lot for us. Eden was fantastic to work with and I'm very responsive by text any questions she answered immediately. And she's so pleasant. I would love to stay this house again.

Excellent Property

This is a beautiful property with easy access to the polo Fields. It’s set up to entertain with an abundance of serving items and amenities. Only limitation - We could not get the hot tub to work despite management visiting multiple times to assist.

Exactly what you want

If you want a huge desert house for a big group this is the one. Gigantic and with a million things to do. Peaked at 117 degrees but it was actually bearable. Pool stayed refreshing due to huge umbrella canopy over pool. Large shaded overhangs outside. Misters. Easy check in. Every game you could want. Great.

Family Thanksgiving stay

The house has a lot of activities for both adults and children, and the large four screen TV was a huge hit for all of us college football fans. House was well stocked and very clean. Everyone in the family had a great experience.

Perfect home for a family reunion

The Polo House was the perfect spot for our annual family reunion. There was plenty of indoor/outdoor space, bedrooms and bathrooms for the 22 of us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was the best and most beautifully stocked we have ever enjoyed. The large sliding glass door spanning the kitchen and dining room to the outdoor patio creates a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience that we all loved. The game room/media room, mini-golf, volley ball/bad mitten court, bean bag throw, etc. provided enough in-house entertainment that we never left the property. Diana is terrific to work with; friendly, informative, quick to respond. Access to the property was easy. We have already booked for next. What more can I say?

Best Golf trip Ever!

If you are looking for a golf trip mega-pad for 10+ people... book this amazing house! You won't find a better one. The house exceeds all expectations and is far nicer than even the photos show. FULLY stocked for all luxury and fun needs. Incredible house for a large group of friends, family gathering, multiple families hanging together with tons of private space. Diana is an amazing host that made sure we had a great time from checkin to checkout. I can't wait to return to this paradise in the desert!

Respite in the desert

We had a bachelorette weekend and really enjoyed the house; it's a sprawling place with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our favorite spaces were outside and we spent most of our time around the pool (the giant umbrellas were key) and enjoyed the outdoor lounge spots. I think we would have partaken in the outdoor game areas more if we came during a time of year where it wasn't 110 degrees. The heat sort of necessitated that we be in the pool or under the misters. Loved having extra refrigerators for our drinks. We were able to do all the food in the kitchen refrig and then have the game room hallway frig for drinks. Feel like the place is really well dialed in terms of everything you need for drinks and food. We had what we needed. Would recommend bringing your own wireless speakers as a backup; the house system was great for the areas closer to the house but the speakers were out at the pool so we used our own. Wish we'd brought more. We did have a great time and would recommend it.

Beautiful Home

Really beautiful home. My friends and family all had a great time. The house manager recommended Chef Matt who is a private chef and cooked several meals for us, he was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

Our group enjoyed our stay, the seating for dining was great for our large group but paying extra to heat the pool and having to be out by 10:00AM on a Sunday was a bit aggravating. The pool was not very clean and could use an update to reflect how nice the rest of the house is.

The Polo House

I couldn't recommend this house more. I almost don't want to share because I want to keep it a secret. It's the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Very fancy and well maintained. We hope to stay again in the future.
