Discounted Pool Heating in the winter and cooling misters in the summer.

Beautiful home in a quiet gated community with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and pool table. Outdoor misters to keep you cool. Perfect for your getaway. Three bedroom and 2.5 bath home is perfect for you stay.

Other Information

Pool heating is $85/night between the months of October and May.
Between May and October, the pool heating is $55/night

Hot tub heating is free
Cooling Misters are free
Indoor fireplace is free

Pets are allowed, as long as they are potty trained and any mess is cleaned up right away as it could damage the floors. Pets left alone in the house must be crated. There is a pet fee of $40/night per pet

Maximum cars allowed is 3.
Maximum guests allowed is 6.

Per Cathedral City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, no radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used for short-term vacation rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any short-term vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the short-term vacation rental at all times.

All vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and their peaceful enjoyment of their property.

The TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) Rate is 12% for Cathedral City and 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).

Beautiful quiet pool escape

We loved everything about this property. The pool was just right! The green scenery with the pool and spa sound was a wonderful outdoor relaxing mix. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay

This is a beautiful property and has everything you would want in your own home AND with a pool/hot tub combo. We enjoyed the area but didn’t have a chance to play any of the lush looking golf courses. I guess we will just have to come back for another trip in the future.

Fabulous Pool and View

Gennady was a great host, and the villa, spa and pool was amazing and perfect for our golfing getaway at the Dessert Princess. We arranged for the pool to be heated and it was just perfect for an afternoon of relaxation after golf, with private and lovely views. A real plus was to have access to the double garage which we used for the second car. The only thing that I think they should alter on the description page is that there is no longer a king size bad in the third bedroom. It was more a bunk bed with a full size bed at the bottom and a pull out bed underneath.. perfect if you had children staying. Luckily it was only my 27 year old son that stayed in that room and he managed. The other rooms were as described. Overall a fantastic Christmas stayđŸ˜ƒâŁïž

Resort house

This is a lovely, well stocked house in an upscale resort. Nice spa/pool. Access to community pools, golf, tennis. I gave negative marks because checking in had several problems. No one checked that house was ready for guests...esp. since there had been a storm days before. * Neither TV worked and after an hour with mgnmt contact , finally got tech person out who spent 20 min rebooting boxes. remotes had dead batteries which compounded fix. * The back patio and furniture was inch deep in fine sand and debris. We broomed and hosed clean. Front patio same. *To use spa/pool had to download app. Instructions not clear

This is not a Three Bedroom

The converted office or bonus room was not a bedroom. The room is super small with lever double doors and window to living room. This was a big problem with three teenagers. The carpets were super wet presumably from cleaning. The carpet was wet for two days and this was unpleasant. The pool was to be warm when we arrived and it was cold. The provided information did not include the necessary information to access the app to turn on the pool heater though I was told that the pool would be heated. There was insuficiente information how to control the pool and spa as we concluded there is one heater for both. If you heat the spa, the pool will suffer and Vice versa. The listing did not include information about the amenities at the community which were terrific. After the initial frustrations, our short stay ended well.

Deceptive images of backyard

We were looking forward to our stay, until we discovered the inaccuracies between the listing and the actual home. Upon arrival, the sliding glass door handle was broken/door did not open, which we had to take half a day to wait on a handyman to fix. He told me a new one was ordered - although he did a hot fix on the broken handle, it did not lock and was a very heavy door to open. This is something that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. The “third” room isn’t a room at all - no closet or windows
it’s a converted odd space next to the front door, with shutters opening to the living area. This cannot be called a third room. Don’t be fooled by the images. The house looks out to the road where there’s lots of traffic during the day and isn’t private/quiet. Potted plants were dead by the pool. No cushions for the outdoor furniture and the pool was serviced on a different day than what we were told disrupting our time outside. As much as we tried to enjoy our stay, these misses could not be overlooked.
