• Parking available for up to 3 vehicles – 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage.

• This home has a Ring camera at the front door.

• NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED

• Quiet time 10pm to 10am. Violations of city ordinance may result in a fine.

• If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. The pet fee is $35/day per pet.



The pool can be heated for $75 per day and includes spa heat, Spa heat only $40 per day. Pool heating is available with 48 hour notice and payment. Please contact Customer Care to have this added.

Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.



Depending on the property, the pool heating fee may cover both the pool and spa if the system allows. For properties where the pool and spa operate on separate heating systems, a separate fee is required for spa heating only. Each property has unique pool controls and systems.



The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 6-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.



Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

$75/day pool heat - The pool can be heated for $75 per day and includes spa heat, Spa heat only $40 per day.



- No parties allowed - per Palm Springs City ordinances all noise is to be brought in by 10pm. No noise can be heard past property line. Guests are subject to citation and eviction if found in violation.
