Managed on-site by the dedicated team at Seabrook Hospitality, your booking guarantees you full access to all the resort's amenities, include the indoor and outdoor pool and well-equipped gym.

"Anchors Away" is a charming two-story home with a carriage house, located near a children's playground and scenic walking trails. It boasts a spacious wrap-around deck offering forest views, perfect for enjoying sunsets and barbecues. The home features a garage with a ping pong table, a cozy media room with luxury furnishings, a fireplace, and wireless internet. The main floor hosts the primary bedroom, complete with a King bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub.

The second floor includes a media room equipped with board games, books, DVD movies, and an HDTV, alongside a hidden playroom for kids. Bedrooms on this level have full bathrooms; one has a bunk bed (twin over full), and the other has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The separate carriage house offers additional accommodations with a queen bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom, a kitchenette, a sofa sleeper, and another large flat-screen TV.

"Anchors Away" overlooks North Alder Park, an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings and marshmallow roasting. Crescent Park, a short walk away, features a new community pool, sports facilities, and two community fire pits, providing ample outdoor activities for guests.

Family Vacay

We had 2 families staying in the house which worked out great for the bedroom arrangement's. we put all the kids in the bedroom with the bunk bed and an air mattress. The kitchen was tight for the 2 families cooking meals. It would be nice to have laundry soap available. Overall everyone enjoyed their stay at Anchors Away.

Anchor’s Away

With boys ages 9,7 and 2 years old, they loved the short access to the playground 20 yards from the back gate. The upstairs playroom and couch/media room gave them their own hang out place. The ping pong table in the garage along with plenty of balls, wagons and beach toys kept them busy and all enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit. Minor issues were quickly resolved. House is stocked with plenty of good games, cards and interesting books.

Cute house that needs a deep clean

Rugs need cleaned. They are dirty throughout the house. Sink faucets needed cleaned around the base. We cleaned them. Carriage house very musty/moldy smelling. Had to open all windows while there. Cute house, great location, quiet, well stocked. Just needs a good deep cleaning. Excellent service with the property managers.

Great location and great value

Perfect location, good amount of space for the price. WiFi wasn’t consistent and was slow and without any telephone service it made things difficult.

Great location, Super Clean + Spacious!

We've stayed at several houses in Seabrook. Love this location, close to the park. Great for Kids, spacious and fantastic little upper play area for movies, games, art and has bunks for kids. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Place

Anchors Away fit our 4 generation family perfectly. The children’s areas and toys were particularly helpful. We are already planning when we might come again!

Mice and electrical Problem in carriage house.

Was pretty bummed had 6 kids and saw a mouse the first day. The next day there was mouse poop all over our coolers that we put in the laundry room. My sister stayed in the carriage house and the second day lost power to half the house. There was some critter that got in the shed where the garage was and knocked down the can and spread out some old food and garbage everywhere. Spending that much money on a rental house I was overall disappointed.
