Madison House is nestled in the heart of Seabrook, right next to all the action in town and a short walk to the beach. Our adorable home features tasteful beach décor and comfortable, modern furnishings. Everything is perfectly placed to ensure your stay feels just as comfortable as home. Madison House is a great place to come together with friends and family for memories, board games, or a relaxing beach walk.

Our home is right next to the beautiful Town Hall with close access to the beach, woodsy walks and the heated community pool. Retreat to Madison House to enjoy the ocean, the beautiful town of Seabrook, and to settle into a more relaxing pace.
The main level (sleeps 2) has hardwoods and a beautiful open concept floor plan. The cozy living room has a large sectional sofa to relax and watch television (HDTV w/ cable, Blu-ray, and all the major streaming services) or cozy up under a soft blanket next to a warm gas fireplace. The adjoining dining room features a large dining table with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Our gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make home cooked meals. This floor also includes a powder room and balcony with a BBQ grill.

The ground floor (sleeps 4) includes a built-in bunk and a daybed with a pull out trundle. This room is stocked with everything kids will need, including toys and an Xbox with games already installed. The beds are adorably decorated with whale themes and matching stuffed animals to snuggle with while kids dream of the ocean. This room has a bathroom with toilet and shower in the connected garage with space for 1 car to park. The garage also includes a washer and dryer. This makes it easy to drop wet and sandy items when returning from the beach.

The 3rd floor (sleeps 4) features 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and outfitted with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding with extra blankets to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Each room also includes a ceiling fan. Start your morning with coffee on the balcony right outside these 2 bedrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and all bedrooms have alarm clocks, dressers and closets.

The 4th floor (sleeps 2+) is the beautiful primary suite. This area includes a twin pull out couch that doubles as a quiet reading space. There is a comfortable king sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The connected bathroom has a two sink vanity and a separate door to the toilet and shower tub.

This home has a Wi-Fi network and a phone line with free domestic long distance calling included.
