Wish Upon a Seastar is a beautiful home perfect for making memories at the beach with family and friends. This home sleeps 12-14 and is great for a girls’ weekend away, multi-family gathering spot, or one large family. You’ll be centrally located right along Seabrook’s popular Crescent Park where there is an indoor swimming pool, outdoor game area and large community fire pits! This home is also close to the town center, the kids’ park, and of course, a short walk to the beach.

First Floor:
Wish Upon a Seastar welcomes you with an inviting front deck with Adirondack chairs for relaxing. You are struck by the ease and comfort of this house right when you walk in the door with the built-ins for jackets, towels and shoes as well as shelves for books, games and beach treasures. The living room in the front of the house has plenty of seating, a large TV with a DVD player, lots of throw blankets and a fireplace for those cooler beach evenings.

This home features a beautiful, open, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, an island with seating for four and a kitchen table with seating for 10. The cupboards are stocked with all the tools you will need to make a scrumptious meal.

This floor conveniently has a half bath and a washer/dryer. Lots of extra beach/hot tub towels are kept in the laundry area. And we didn’t forget your canine family members-there are hooks for your dog leashes, water dishes and a dog mat on this main level. (2-dog limit- please do not let them on furniture).

Yard
Wish Upon a Seastar’s outdoor area is as inviting as the house. There is a side deck off the French doors of the dining area with a picnic table and a grill. In the courtyard there is another picnic table as well as a fire pit and you’ll find marshmallow sticks in the house! On the other side of the garage is a large hot tub to soak in after a hard day’s play.

2nd Floor: 3 Bedrooms, sleeps 6
On the second level there are three lovely bedrooms. The first is a primary suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share the bathroom off the hallway.

3rd Floor: Bunk and Media Room, sleeping for 6-8
The third floor of Wish Upon a Seastar has an open floor plan and serves as the bunk and media room. Here, you’ll find 3 bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a ¾ bathroom on this level. This area boasts a large tv, movies, games, and lots of books for all the kids, or the kids at heart, to keep everyone busy when you’re not out on the beach, at the swimming pool, playing tennis, or riding bikes around town.

For your convenience, the house has Wifi for those that need to get connected for work or fun. There is also a pack-n-play and a high chair for a little one.
