Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.

Shell Cottage is located in the serene South Alder Park. Grab a glass of wine and a good book while melting away on the front patio furniture. This idea two-bedroom home is perfect for a family or a couple just looking to get away from it all.

Inside Shell Cottage you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal. Just bring your food and spices and Shell Cottage will have the rest. Looking to grill outside, Shell Cottage has extra seating and a barbeque just off the front patio. Sink into the couch and put on your favorite DVD or watch a show on the 42-inch HDTV, next to a wood burning fireplace.

Spend the day exploring the Old Stump and hunting for Gnomes on the Gnome Trail. Continue following the Gnome trail down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Roast marshmallows at the community fireplace or play Bocce Ball at South Alder Park.
When you are ready for bed, crawl into the queen primary bed or climb into the twin bunk beds. Each bedroom is roomy with plenty of storage.

Amazing family vacation

First time here and we were totally blown away! The location was incredible, central to literally every aspect of town and beach. We loved the family friendly vibe and being able to also bring our fur family was such a bonus. We plan on visiting Seabrook annually now!

Sweetest Little Cottage!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shell Cottage. It was perfect for me and my three teens (13-19 age range). There was so much to do in Seabrook, they were never bored. Both pools were so close, making the cottage in a perfect spot. Restaurants were close by as well. The cottage was so well-built. I was impressed. Not many people think about that in their vacation rentals, but I'm a bit of an architecture history buff, and this home was so well-built. Real solid wood doors, mouldings. It felt like a traditional beach cottage you'd find in Cape Cod. The row of homes face each other across a Bocce court and outdoor fire pit. Really charming. We would definitely stay here again!

Lucked out with the weather, Mostly sunny but cold of course. Cute little house. Imagine in the summer utilizing the front porch and community fire pit would be fun. Fun gnome trail to the beach

My grandchildren (11 and 13) and I had a great visit! They were very impressed with the cute cottage. My granddaughter said she wanted to “live her forever.”

Everything we needed it to be

Usually I bring my own knife and skillet to rentals like these, and while I did use my own skillet because there was no large nonstick there, the knives were pretty decent. We have kids, so their selection of movies and board games was pretty nice to have. The night we checked in we got a call from management asking if we were going to check in before office hours, and since we couldn't they sent us an email with everything we needed to get it. We didn't have access to the Wifi when we got there, so they should include that in their check-in email. Pool was really close to this location which was nice. Also, this listing doesn't mention it but Seabrook has a Gym with cardio equipment, cable machines, a couple adjustable benches, a rack of dumbbells ranging from 5 - 50 lbs and a squat rack with a barbell and plenty of weight plates to get a good weight training session. Entry into the gym was included as part of the rantal. Great place!

Quick getaway

Small but comfortable and very cozy spot in an excellent location. Front yard with Bocce ball court and fireplace is an excellent spot.

home away for work

I have stayed at sea brook before. I was a little upset the washer was not working , we stayed for 7days. Sea brook overall is a beautiful community.
