This vrbo is simply amazing! We stayed there for over three weeks wile working in three rivers. The house is beautiful has everything you could want for a nice getaway or an extended stay like us. We loved coming back from work every day knowing this was our home for couple weeks. The hospitality from the host is second to none. This vrbo is amazing

Family Trip

Had a great time staying here. Family wanted a fun relaxing fishing trip, and the place is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend!

It was all loving my family loved it they didn't want to leave

The house was was beautiful there was plenty of room and if we had any problems we contacted the owners and they immediately came and did whatever needed to be done

Lake house

Great rental. Although the lake in back of the house was dry, the owners let us know immediately so we could make an informed decision. Appreciate the honesty. Very accommodating and kind hosts. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

This was our second time staying at this place. Grizz and Robin are top notch people. They treat you more like family than a guest. I can’t recommend them as hosts enough. As far as the property, its always clean and the view is amazing.

Wonderful stay!

Eric and Robin are top notch owners! They are nearby the property and were always willing to help. A tropical storm arrived and Eric was ready with alternative accommodations if needed. The property is cute and filled with all necessities. It’s close to Lake Corpus Christi State Park. I highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Not just a guest!

You’re not ever gonna find a hotel or in this case a HOME where you’re treated like a neighbor and not their guest who just rented their home for the weekend! Amazing hospitality and all around genuine couple, who made our experience exceptional! Turned into a proposal weekend that was so memorable and relaxing!!!

April trip

We absolutely loved this place! The house was right on the water with the most beautiful sunsets! The hosts were outstanding! They were so very nice and made sure our stay was the best. The house was lovely with beautiful views and nicely decorated. The host was so thoughtful about the details and even had a welcome note and a basket with goodies. They had everything you would need and I would highly recommend giving 5 stars!

Early Summer getaway

Overall was a pleasant stay. Hosts are close by and are very responsive with any issues or questions. Although we were informed when we booked this property, the lake behind the property was completely dry so that was a bit disappointing. Proximity to other venues (e.g., Corpus, Padre Island) at 1 hour one-way drive was not as close as we had hoped. No fault of the Hosts of course, but prefer a shorter drive. House was clean and quiet, and plenty of room (inside and out) for family and dogs.

AWESOME GETAWAY

Had a great time on this stay. Grizz and Robin were honest, up front about any issues we may encounter there and very friendly. And that was before we even got there. Once we arrived, we were greeted by them and were the best neighbors. The property was clean with plenty of room for 6 adults to occupy for the weekend. Scenery was beautiful and surroundings very quiet and peaceful. All my friends and family loved it and said they definitely want to come back, maybe during winter for a little bonfire outside.

Perfect getaway

The Lakefront Birdwatcher Paradise house was a beautiful and relaxing home, and we felt incredibly fortunate to have been able to stay there. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake in the backyard where we enjoyed fishing and playing outdoors. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was great to have all the necessary amenities provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The owners were fantastic people who went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. Their hospitality was unparalleled and made us feel right at home. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into maintaining the property and ensuring that their guests have a great time. Beyond expectations

Found this property while searching for a smaller town on the centerline of the annular eclipse and booked in February. From the beginning, Robin reached out and already gave us a great feeling about our stay. Days before our arrival, Robin reached out again to find out when we were coming and to provide directions. Day of our arrival, air in home was turned on, code to door provided, and everything we would need prepared. When we walked in, we were so impressed. The property was so much more than what pictures showed. AND, our hosts spent meticulous time ensuring we had what we needed beforw and during our stay. Even our pup Malcolm was warmly welcomed. We highly recommed this beautiful stay. You will not be disappointed.
