Enjoy a relaxing weekend in Rockaway Beach on the banks of Lake Taneycomo in the heart of the Ozark Mountains. just 9 miles from all the fun Branson has to offer!

This renovated 1930s cottage sits across the street from the Lake, Park, Public Fishing dock and Boat launch!

The Space:
Our Cozy 1930's Cottage comfortably sleeps 3

Queen Size bed with full size pullout bed

Smart Tv with internet access to stream your favorite shows.
Small table and chairs for dining.

Kitchen contains apartment size fridge and stove, Microwave, Coffee maker & complementary coffee and all the utensils needed to enjoy a meal at home.

Covered front porch with Seating, small area out front with a BBQ grill

Guest Access:
Guests have access to Cottage #3
and the surrounding grounds
and coin Op Laundry room located on the property

Getting Around:
Free street parking

There are other rental units on this property. Parking, Laundry Room & Yard area are shared.

Quiet hours: 11pm- 7 AM. Please be aware that other guests are on property.

This is a residential area so no parties, loud music, or unregistered guests.

No smoking in the house. $100 fine if smoke or marijuana is detected in the house.

Pets must be supervised. Please keep them off Furniture and in a kennel when not home. Please Pick up after your pets.

This was perfect for our stay. Loved waking up and looking out over the river. The space was clean and well put together and even though there were people staying next door overlapping our visit, noise was minimal, which we definitely appreciate.

It was a great stay! Such a cute little place with a great view of the lake. Internet was spotty, but host helped us troubleshoot!

Just Lovely.

This property was perfect for our three-day relaxing getaway. We read, explored, and had a peaceful stay. The house had everything we needed, and the host was quick to support with any questions!

Overall, our stay was nice. The space could have been a little cleaner, but wasn't bad. The two main issues we found was that, first, the vanity sink had a huge clog we had to fix before we could really use the sink, and, second, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or a window, so we had to be a little strategic about when we could use the restroom so the apartment didn't get stinky...

Nice little bungalow

Nice little bungalow overlooking the lake. Very clean. Everything you need. Recommend bringing K cups if you are a coffee drinker. Even on a weekend with more rain than shine, it was a great place to relax. Jessica, you knocked the ball out of the park.

Blue Heron

The place was pretty nice and conveniently located to the lake with a nice view. The town is quaint and the surrounding area is beautiful. Wasn't really planning on going to Branson, but did go to Branson landing. Only took about 20 minutes to get there.

Cute place - right across from water

Great little space. We walked everywhere. Just outside of Branson. We caught a rainbow trout!

Relaxing

Retired couple's trip was to relax with no electronics and enjoy nature. Great place to cross off goals on our bucket list. Unit is small, comfortable bed but was hard for spouse to get out of, shower is narrow and could use light over table. Overall, unit met our needs and will consider staying again in the future.

Great stay. Nice and quiet. Had a fun shopping weekend with my lady and this was a nice home base. Clean. Would book again if the owner’s would have me.
