Welcome to our Luxurious 4-Bedroom Home in Atlanta's Sought After Neighborhood, a magnificent 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods. In need of updates and refreshing
Let’s start with the good, the newly redone kitchen and space of the house were great. The rest is in need of TLC. The linens were lacking, the beds were uncomfortable, and the whole house just needs a refresher before being used as a rental. The place felt beaten up including the paint, carpeting, the fixtures and so on. Also the house was a bit unclean when we arrived, toilets, sinks, and drains especially. We went to Target to get pillows, blankets, and towels to make it through the week. We did not have many other options as it was over holiday break so we made do but it was disappointing all in all.

All around subpar
There is a lot to say about our stay, but altogether we would not recommend this location. The day prior to the stay, we received check-in information for a separate location, including door combination. It was a copy/paste mistake, but unless the door code was changed that evening, it presents a security concern. The night we checked in, we shared the following feedback: Entry lighting: It is a major fall hazard to not have proper lighting for the entry steps. Soap and amenities: we found little to no soap in every dispenser in the house. We also found there to be fewer towels than advertised occupancy. Home condition: the house condition fails to achieve the standard established with Vrbo. The ceiling is peeling in the loft room on the attic side. A wall outlet in the primary bedroom was detaching from the wall. Wifi signal: connecting to the router yields no connectivity issues but the distance from the router to the bedroom Rokus is too far to even detect a useable internet connection. I would recommend a wifi extender to allow the signal to reach the bedrooms. Primary bedroom lighting: we have been unable to determine how to turn off the light overhead the primary bed Entertainment center: door is not fitting flush Bathroom knob: loose and screw appears to be stripped Cleanliness: we have a 1 year old that found crumbs After responding they shared our feedback to their team, there was no further communication to our messages.
