Welcome to Le Grand Bleu! This sprawling tropical villa sits on 5.2 acres overlooking Temecula Valley Wine Country. With incredible views, a backyard paradise, and a spacious interior design, your retreat offers plenty of entertainment to help a large group connect and relax. Spend your days by the custom, resort-style saltwater pool with a swim-up bar and shaded palapa, or lounge under the pergola overlooking the surrounding vistas. When evening falls, it's the perfect time to slip into the oversized 15-person hot tub or gather around the large firepit to enjoy sunset views.
Inside, Le Grand Bleu offers two stories, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms, so everyone will have a private space to call their own. The living room is the perfect place to cozy up with a game or a movie night. But if you're feeling competitive there's a pool table and a game room featuring a dart board and ping pong table.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Valley from the large wrap-around balcony and every corner of your outdoor oasis. You'll be just 5 minutes from the De Portola Wine Trail, with a modern kitchen and large dining table waiting to host group meals back home after exploring the wineries and vineyards.

- An optional 6th bedroom (a 1-bedroom casita with a bathroom and kitchenette) that can accommodate up to 4 additional guests is available for an additional cost of $125 per night for the entirety of your stay. Please call us after completing your reservation to book it.
- This home features 2 sleeper sofas and 4 single/twin cots for additional sleeping arrangements.
- Bedroom 5 can only be accessed through the backyard.
- Le Grand Bleu offers a giant Salt Water Pool! It takes a lot of time and propane to heat the pool up to 84 degrees but it's definitely worth it! For this reason, Pool Heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat is $350/night in the winter.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Le Grand Bleu offers a Large Spa that accommodates up to 15! Spa heat is $100/day.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- This home has a two-story layout.
- Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Riverside county has a strict âno burnâ civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
