Maui Vista 1401 is the premiere location in the complex; building 1, top floor, corner unit. It just doesn't get any better! The views are incredible featuring the island of Lanai in the background all the way out to Maalaea and West Maui. Your whale watching will be spectacular! The unit has two-bedrooms and two-baths, tile and wood floors, washer/dryer, air-conditioning and a on-demand hot water heater. Being a corner end unit, it also features additional side windows to enjoy the trade winds. Maui Vista features multiple pools, tennis courts, bbq areas and lush island landscaping. The property has under gone many recent improvements and is a favorite resort destination.

Great location in Kihei with partial ocean view! Quick walk to the beach and many restaurants & shops.We enjoyed this top floor condo with 1br & loft br, each with a bathroom. It was nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer. The beach towels, umbrella, & gear were appreciated.Thanks Morgan...we would definitely stay in your lovely condo again!

Our family had a wonderful visit in Kihei! Morgan was a great and communicative host. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The location was amazing. We were right across the street from the beach and walking distance from lots of shopping and restaurants.

The condo didn’t lack any amenities and has quick easy access to our favorite beach. We’ve stayed at the Maui Vista multiple times and this condo was by far the nicest.

2 night stay

We needed a 2 night stay at the end of our Maui trip and wanted to see another side of the island. Great location, so much to do in walking distance. Loved the added beach chairs and boogie board.

Gorgeous Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The location is great, right across from the beach, and you can walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We wish we were there longer. I will definitely be rebooking this condo for our future trips.

Location was fantastic. Condo was okay. Needs to be better maintained and cleaned. AC only works well in master, banister rails are broken, toaster only burns bread, sliding glass door lock is broken, living room ceiling fan sounds like it’s going to explode and bathroom caulking is moldy.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay here, Morgan was great at communicating with us updates when handyman was coming to replace ceiling fan light and when power was expected back after storm. All the extra beach stuff was a great bonus. The cooler was so helpful for all our beverages as our only issue was the refrigerator didn’t get very cold and we ended up having meat go bad on our second day. We would have loved it if there was less tables (3) on the balcony as it was crowded and left no room to stand and watch the sunset

Overall property was ok. Trees blocked 50% of ocean view from the lanai. 2 tables on the lanai and only 2 stools for sitting. Kitchen is tiny and upstairs bathroom smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. Property manager was quick to respond to all communications.

We had an amazing time at this Kihei condo! We found that all the amenities were perfect for our family of 4. The adult "kids" enjoyed having their own space upstairs with their own bath room and TV and we had plenty of room for all of us to co-exist during our time there. The AC kept the unit reasonably cool at night. Since we are big beach goers, we appreciated the 6 beach chairs and heavy duty cooler to take on our daily excursions. There was also an umbrella and wagon and some beach toys for smaller children, which we did not use, but what a nice addition for a family with young kids! The cabinets were stocked with some very basic spices, oil, coffee filters which made cooking a breeze. We loved our stay here and would come again to this unit, as we have visited the Maui Vista 4 times! Thank you Morgan for opening your home to our family.

Morgan and Dan met in college and have been married since 2005. They have two boys; one in middle school and one in elementary. They began their short-term rental adventures in 2018 by purchasing a condo on Anna Maria Island, FL. The condo was so they could visit Grandpa Mick for their children more frequently. After a horrible experience with having a big rental company manage their condo, Morgan took over managing in early 2019. What a life changing decision! Bookings were coming in like crazy, guests were having amazing trips, making memories, referring friends and booking future vacations.



In 2020, Morgan met several other owners who were frustrated with management companies. Some owners she helped guide to manage their own rentals and some became Morgan’s first clients. Yes, that’s right….what started out as something out of necessity was becoming one of Morgan’s favorite things to do…….help families have amazing vacations on Anna Maria Island! From finding the right place to stay to recommendations on food or activities Morgan is just a phone call or text away.



Fast forward to 2022! Dan had several work trips to Maui. He spent a total of 5 weeks on the island throughout the year. Morgan of course, packed the kids up and met him for some of the trips. Dan fell in love with Maui and started hinting Morgan investigate purchasing a condo in Kihei for their next short term rental adventure. Now here we are! We can’t wait for you to come enjoy all that Maui has to offer and we hope that your family will enjoy the island as much as we do!
