The location is very reasonably priced and in walking distance to the beach and the shops in downtown St Joe. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly if you need any help or have any questions. The screened in front porch is a wonderful place to hang out.

Host was very easy to reach and quick to respond. The house was the most confortable we have ever stayed in.Clean decorated cute bedrooms. Shops were a few blocks away. Beach walking distance.Really liked owners shop.Lots of other stores too.

The house was quaint and cozy. It felt like we were staying at grandma’s house. Cindy had provided every single item we could possibly need. The beach parking pass was a huge plus!

The house was very clean. We only used the king bed and it was very comfortable. The bedrooms were upstairs, which was fine for us. We could have easily walked to many of the places we visited but it was cold, windy and rainy. We appreciated the snacks that were left for us. The patio was nice but again the weather was uncooperative. Cindy responded quickly when we initially had trouble with the door.

We had a great extended weekend and would definitely come again. Perfect location, within walking distance to downtown with so much to do and see. This is a great foodie town if you are into that. Bike friendly as well. House was clean and welcoming. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would love to come again in the summer so we can enjoy the beach.

First time visit to Michigan

We had a great time staying here and the beds were very comfortable. There was coffee/tea, and all the shampoo and soaps were provided. Would recommend to anyone visiting Michigan.

We loved St Joes

We had a lovely weekend, weather was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Cindy gave us some great recommendations for shopping and restaurants and kept in touch with us during our stay.

Anniversary Trip

Conveniently located to the beach and downtown. Enjoyed the many restaurants and the farmers market. Love Lake Michigan and the beautiful sunsets. Property clean and well maintained.
