We had a wonderful time at this property! There is very nice natural light in the living areas and everything was comfortable. We loved the close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants! The parking spot is also a huge perk.

Beach Getaway!

Perfect location for a short Beach Getaway! As advertised. Everything you would need provided. Super easy CLOSE parking ( were talking a 2 minute walk )Walk to one of the best beaches in the state. We're definitely coming again.

This unit exceeded our expectations and could not have been any better! First, the location is unbeatable. It’s right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the splash pad and beach. Second, the host was fantastic to work with - very responsive and informative, providing information before I even needed it! Third, the unit was very clean and had everything there we needed. My kids really enjoyed the magnet blocks that were there along wth few other games and activities provided. There were ample towels and linens, including beach towels.Let’s not forget it has a designated parking spot! That was huge since we parked the car and left it there the entire trip since everything was so walkable.We are already looking forward to returning next summer!

Great location and secure entrance. We could walk everywhere! Good restaurants and coffeehouses and the beach all just steps away. Having a dedicated parking spot was helpful.The elevator was small and odd but it worked just fine! (May be hard to access for people in a wheelchair.) We had an infant and rented a crib through Babyquip which was an easy and nice service.

Perfect Location Downtown Saint Joseph!

This condo was perfectly situated downtown. We walked down the stairs for coffee, ice cream and dinner and just a few blocks to the beach. We had a free parking spot but never needed our car b/c it was so convenient to everything. The place was clean, the beds were comfy, we didn't need to bring our own toiletries or towels or coffee/hot chocolate, and the family games and TV/wifi offered great entertainment at night. The host was super responsive and accommodating. The building was easy to access despite a review that says it was not. We highly recommend this property.

We loved this apartment. Perfect location, easy to get into and very clean. There was just one thing we would have liked added to the space: an additional bolt lock located high up on the door for added security. We have small children that could reach the door knob and lock, so it would have given us peace of mind to have an additional lock out of reach. Other than that, it was perfect and we plan to stay here again.

Excellent host who was very responsive. Great space and location - easy entry and super close to the cute downtown. Short walk to the beach. Apartment was clean in a safe and quiet area. Loved that we had washer/dryer for beach items. Doesn't affect my review, but for any parents considering this listing, the hardwood floors are squeaky, so might make it difficult for some light sleeping littles! Worked great for our family of 4.
