Sleeps 6 people with king size bed in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has double queen size bunk beds, TV room has two couches that make into full sized beds! Swimming pool on site, Grill on site, Gym on site! easy access to everything in Destin within minutes! Free internet access..
The closest beach is across the road from the unit about a 5 minute walk. There are beach chairs and jet ski rentals behind the back porch restaurant , a very popular place to eat , just as you hit the beach from your walk. Brand new air conditioner and furnace to keep your temperature perfect for you stay!

Absolutely perfect stay!We had a fantastic experience at this property! The home was the perfect size for our group of 8 — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. Our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

The stay is very clean and organized! Newly remodeled and the neighborhood was quiet. Easy drive to the beach, bars, and shopping. Convenient to navigate!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and welcoming...lots of space and everything we needed. It was close to everything - the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The owner was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a home away from home, and we look forward to coming back!

Labor Day Weekend Trip

We came down for a long weekend trip to the beach and the place was amazing! There were 6 of us and it ended up being plenty of space! The property was clean when we got there and getting checked in was smooth! If you're looking for a place to stay on your beach trip I would recommend!

Very comfortable and clean

We had a great and comfortable stay at this condo. The place looked exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and Jeff was attentive and quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed the pool which was also very clean. Location was central to beaches, grocery store, and restaurants. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again and recommend friends.

End of summer vacay

Myself and preteen boys stayed here for our annual "end of summer" beach trip. Location is prime and center to everything you need (public beach acess, walmart, restrauants, the track/waterpark). Neighbors in complex was friendly/welcoming!

I would love to thank Jeff for making my family and I visit to Destin an amazing experience. The unit was clean and exactly as described. The unit is located in the heart of many attractions and activities. The beach is within walking distance.The instructions he sent was very clear and concise. Great place for baseball/softball travelers

We chose this property based on the distance to Morgan Sports Complex (having never played baseball in Destin). It was even closer & more convenient than we'd realized. Overall, it was a great place (the weather, not so much). We enjoyed the pool, the condo itself was really nice. It's worth noting the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is a factor for some travelers. We would definitely stay again if we're playing ball in Destin.

This is a great condo and fit the bill for what we needed. My wife and best friend spent Mothers Day weekend enjoying the beach and loving this location. Very happy overall Jeff''s communication and willingness to help out with anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Very clean and well-updated place. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, so just something to keep in mind if you have littles. Certainly would not keep me from bringing my kids here though.

Just what we needed! Plan B should have been plan A

We booked this place last minutes 2 weeks before our trip date due to another property having booking issues. But im glad i come across this place, it was in a very calm quiet and clean community with easy access to all main routes, a short drive to the public beach and to all your favorite activities. It was an easy check no issues and it was a short walk to the secluded pool, there is steps leading to the condo but if you can handle that it's a great place, 10/10 would stay again.

The Carr Family

We arrived to the condo and it was everything that was described in the listing. We were close to everything. Condo was clean and had dishes, towels, toilet paper and ample space for my family. Community is very inviting and makes you never want to leave. Finding beach access is easy, there are several different areas to post up for the day. Close to Walmart, Destin harbor boardwalk, shopping and restaurant row!!! We will definitely be back to stay!!! Jeff communicated very well and did everything he could to make sure we were set when we showed up. He even checked on us to make sure we were happy with our rental and having a good time. We will be back!!!

Family of 7 stayed at the property for spring break. 2nd bathroom shower didn’t work at all, air conditioning was set to 70 for the whole week and it never got cooler than 75, washing machine didn’t work properly and couldn’t handle washing one beach towel, didn’t get code to use gym until more than halfway through our stay. Communicated issues with owner and he said we would receive a discount for our stay and didn’t follow through. Do not recommend staying here at all.

Sorry to hear your disappointment, the washer works perfectly for all the other tenants and house cleaning, i went by after the tenants stayed and the ac worked perfectly while i was in the unit working on the bathroom faucet which was sticking when trying to intiate the shower head , not totally broken, i would have gotten to things much sooner but my mother was critical in the icu in the hospital which I explained to the tenant that i was in the hospital making critical decisions, mom went home to see jesus !! , but thank you for your understanding!!!!

Great place (especially for the price) with only one small issue

Overall, the apartment was perfect for our needs and could easily sleep 5 people on separate beds. It's in a quieter area but still close to everything. My only issue is that for a reservation listing 6 people for 2 nights, no extra toilet paper rolls were provided. I was told to look under the sinks when I asked if there were extras, and there were none. When I replied that there were none under there I received no response. Overall, it was a pretty minor inconvenience since I became aware before we ran out, but the communication (or lack thereof) could have been better. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again, especially for the excellent price that the apartment was listed.
