Cozy 1.350 square feet (125 m2) duplex apartment located in Conquistadores, a very safe and quiet neighbourhood in the middle of Medellín. Perfect for families with plenty of space on two floors - 5 people can comfortably sleep in 3 bedrooms.
The space
Originally we created this apartment with lots of love for ourselves. But from time to time we enjoy living in other places. Then we like to rent out the whole apartment so guests can enjoy our beautiful apartment while staying in Medellín.

Neighborhood
Enjoy bars, restaurants, cafés and a park with childrens playground in walking distance as well as a shopping center with gym, movie theater and ATMs.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped. We were actually living here ourselves for quite some years - so the apartment is furnished and equipped in a practical way for daily use.

Fast internet
We use the internet on a daily basis for work, video calls and streaming like Netflix and YouTube. The speed is great for that! Check out the photos for a screenshot of a current speedtest I did.

About the building
This is an apartment building with 8 aparments and our duplex is located on the top floor (floors 4 and 5).

It's quiet, so you can relax!
The building is located in a quiet street with very little traffic (only people who live here). It’s pretty quiet in the day and very quiet at night. There are no bars or restaurants close by, even though it’s walking distance from Laureles with all the bars and food options.
For a good night’s sleep without any interruptions from light, all bedrooms have blackouts curtains.

Separate office space with desk for two
Our apartment has a separate office where two persons can work together comfortably. So you can just close the door and focus on work without distractions.

Private rooftop terrace
The apartment comes with a private rooftop terrace that is perfect to relax, meditate, work or recharge your batteries in the beautiful hammock that is included.

Elevator
The building has no elevator.

Housekeeping
There is a housekeeper included cleaning the apartment once a week.
Guest access
You will have the whole apartment for yourself including the private rooftop terrace which is accessed through the master bedroom.
Other things to note
The office has a safe box to lock your valuables.
