Located in the beautiful Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, The Links B-104 is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo in a private, gated community. You have an incredible view from the ground floor, overlooking the first hole of the 27-hole championship Peninsula Golf Course. Enjoy fishing and beautiful sunsets over Bon Secour Bay from the Cabana Beach Pier as well as nature trails and wildlife areas located in the community. Bring your bikes as there is a direct bicycle path on the property leading to 28 miles of paved bike trails and boardwalks along Fort Morgan Road and the Back Country Trail. Public beach accesses are easy to find along Fort Morgan Road and in Gulf Shores.

‱ Access to the screened in porch that overlooks the first hole is from the living room and primary bedroom.

‱ Tile and new luxury vinyl wood flooring throughout the unit.

‱ Fully equipped kitchen with new stove. The dining room table seats six and there are additional bar stools.

‱ Full-size brand new washer and dryer in the unit.

‱ The living room has a reclining sofa and a Smart TV.

‱ The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV. The primary bathroom features a jetted tub.

‱ The second bedroom has a queen-size and twin size bed with a Smart HDTV.

Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Condo is well equipped as listed. Very clean We enjoyed being away from the crowds in town.

Beautiful grounds impeccable. We were located on first hole of golf course gorgeous. Condo was great tastefully decorated with a beach and ocean feel. Hosts were great and very receptive. Very nice stay.

Perfect for our Family's spring Break Trip

Beautiful Condo and perfect for a family! Safe and quiet atmosphere ! the kids really loved the pools and nature trails! Shawna was so friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had! The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommended!

Quick getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was amazing. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Will definitely be staying here again. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach depending on traffic. The property manager was super quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. Loved the family games that were available!

Great Experience

We had a blast staying at this property. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and she answered any questions we had very timely. We had no regrets. The floor plan is very open. We had plenty of room. It was just a great experience for us.

Terrific owner/ manager took care of everything

Its not easy to please 4 women but this condo did just that !! We had a terrific time and the condo was clean and neat! Any minor problem was taken care of immediately! Plan to use the condo next year

Comfort of Home

This property was located on a beautiful golf course only about 10 minutes from Ft Morgan beaches! The amenities were convenient to entertain family and friends close by without having to leave the complex. Our host was VERY communicable with regards to an issue with the death of a smoke detector battery; they had it replaced within hours of finding the issue. Would definately stay here again and 10/10 highly recommend!

Lovely Stay

We loved our stay at Gulf Shores. The rooms were large and spacious. The property clean. The kids especially enjoyed the pools. My husband had to go out every morning to look for the alligator in the stream behind the house. I enjoyed the master bath. Swoon worthy, and water stayed hot the whole time filling it. There was a beach wagon and beach chairs for us to borrow. Why must vacation always be so short?!?

Overall great, but some frustration with not knowing the resort fee upfront. Minor issue with limited dish soap, trash bags , and toilet paper given a 7 day stay. Owner is communicates exceptionally well and is quick to resolve any unforeseen problems. Place is well kept and has plenty of space

Just What the Soul Needed!

We had a phenomenal stay over the week of 4th of July! Having this been our first ever family vacation with our 5 year old and 3 year old, we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient and comfortable stay. The condo was clean and spacious just like the listing states. The gated community is super cute and great for quiet, nightly walks with the fam and the puppers. Also, it’s located minutes from the main Gulf Shores beach and about 15 minutes from Fort Morgan beach (which was much more chill and is dog friendly!). Shawna was very responsive and accommodating while we got settled in on our first day. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing, and family-friendly spot to unwind, this is it! Five Stars!!

This is a very safe neighborhood, well taken care of and a golfers dream!! It is off the busy path but close to beaches and restaurants. The residents of The Peninsula are very nice!! We take great pride in offering a great condo at reasonable price so your family can enjoy beautiful Gulf Shores/Ft. Morgan/Orange Beach!!
