Cozy seaview beach getaway villa in La Maddalena Sardegna

Beautiful light-filled home with sea view terraces and gorgeous garden, 3 minute walk away from clear blue waters and only 5 min drive to La Maddalena town. Tastefully decorated, the home is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Sardegna and for exploring the gorgeous surrounding archipelago. The sea-view terraces provide a relaxing getaway. You may not even want to leave the home! The house is located in the private Villaggio Piras, a few minutes drive from down town and to all the nicest beaches.

The front terrace with sea-view is where you will be spending your time! All meals can be eaten from the front terrace. There is a very well equipped kitchen and cozy living room. If it's cold outside, there is also an indoor dining table. There is also a back terrace with a sun-lounger, chairs and umbrella. This back terrace has a fantastic view of Caprera and the sea. Gorgeous sailboats and mega-yachts can be watched going by on their way to Porto della Madonna. The sunset from here is also incredible.
The main house has two bedrooms each with windows with mosquito nets and very quiet air conditioning. The Master bedroom has a queen (matrimonial) bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sofa bed. There is also a finished basement that is very spacious and nicely decorated, which can be set up with two single beds or a queen (matrimonial) bed. There is also an en-suite bathroom. The basement is about 5 steps down from the ground level, however, there are windows and natural light enters. There is a private entrance with lock. The basement also has a washing machine and room for storing suitcases.
