Downtown Lake View Condo -Unit 2

Newly updated 2nd story condo (Unit 2) in downtown Conneaut Lake with beautiful water views. Enjoy the modern amenities and comfortable furnishings of a dining, kitchen, and quaint living area with central air. A deck facing the lake and sunsets is the perfect way to begin and end the day! All you will need in a home away from home. Steps away from Fireman’s Beach, Icehouse Park, Silver Shores, Vacavi coffee shop, Lakeside Diner, gift/clothing shops and more. Located above a dog grooming service and clothing boutique and across the street from Rising River Brewing. 15 minutes from Meadville.

DOCK space for fee near CL park WHEN available. We can provide contact.

Bath towels, shampoo, and body soap are supplied.
Use personal accounts for smart TV as cable isn't provided. Wi-Fi password provided.
This unit is above a dog grooming service and clothing boutique so there is potential for some daytime noise, but we do our best to keep that to a minimum.

Guest access
Our unit has a keyless locking system. On street parking or reserved parking in the rear of the building marked (Unit 2). Entrance is on Water St. look for black door with Ardis logo. This is the door to use for accesses from street side.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend while visiting family! I have stayed previously in #4, but this was our first in #2. We had a fantastic experience as always at this property! The lake view just added to the stay. We'll be back again whenever we visit.

A Favorite Place

Loved our visit. Winderful view of the Lake and easy access to Main Street. Didnt hurt a bit that the flat was on Second street and across from my childhood home. Terrifc memories. Thanks for the visit. Awesome Brewery right on Main Street. (Rising River) hope to return.

A great place to stay!

A great girls getaway spot! Although the weather did not cooperate and we could have used a deck of cards or some dice, we most definitely enjoyed the views and quiet surroundings. We shopped in the quaint shops, visited the nearby winery and went for a drive to see the sights. We would definitely do again!

Great location and very clean!

Everything was very clear about check-in and the stay was perfect. We loved the location, especially the coffee shop downstairs! The place is very clean and well taken care of, and that was evident. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely weekend stay

My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend stay. The property was super clean and comfortable, the host had great communication, and the view was gorgeous. I loved sipping my coffee in the morning looking out over the lake! Great experience!

Outstanding condo

We have been going to Conneaut Lake for over 50 years. This unit and the location is outstanding. Could not have been decorated better (per my wife). Walked to Silver Shores, Ice House Park (docked boat there for reasonable fee) and Rising River Brewing is across the street. 10 out of 10.
