The space
Nestled in the Southeastern CT mountains and nearby Mianus River Arrowhead – you will find NYC’s secret gem: The Castle In The Forest. Surrounded by cherry blossoms and all different type of flowering trees, this secluded 16,000 square foot chateau, provides an intimate setting for fully catered social events, retreats, relaxing private weekends as well as year-round private or corporate rentals.

From the moment you descend its driveway, you and your guests will be enveloped in this magnificent private estate! Once inside the Castle, you will marvel at its cathedral ceilings, glittering chandeliers, fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows with it magnificent four-season forest views and custom-made, royal-palace architectural features.

Other things to note
Located in the heart of downtown Stamford, CT, 30-40 mins from Manhattan, you’ll be able to really get a feel for the town by staying in this beloved gem.
The SPA and Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and we offer 3 hours free heating for hot tub SPA, and if you want to heat more hours we do charge the cost of propane you consume based on hour rate $60/hour if you want to heat it. The pool will be maximum 86 degree after heated, and the hot tub will get to 98 degree. Thank you for your understanding.
No party is allowed. Outdoor music is Not allowed.

Great Size and clean house

Our stay with Linda was great. The property was just as described and was very clean and spacious. They provide everything you would need for your stay. Linda communicated with me from the days leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. The only one problem we had was the master bedroom A/C wasn't working on a very hot day. Linda came herself to look at the problem as soon as it was communicated with her, but unfortunately it was a sunday and couldn't get fixed before we left. Other than that, everyone had a great time and will be back again for future large gatherings.

Great place to gather

We were a large group of friends looking for a convenient place not too far from NYC to get together and bring in the new year. This place was perfect for what were wanted....only wish it was warm enough to use the pool and hot tub!!! We might be back in the summer!
