HOT TUB!! Newly renovated Sunset Themed house.

HOT TUB!! Come relax and create memories in our unique and family friendly Sunsets themed House! Table Tennis, BBQ Grill, full kitchen with pots, pans, griddle, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker.
Theme rooms include Mountain Sunset Room (King Bed with Big screen TV), Sunset Seas Room (Queen Bed with Big screenTV), Winter Sunsets Room (Queen bed). Newly remodeled with new everything! New beds, new appliances, new furniture, new big screen TVs, new flooring and new bathtub/shower.
Close to ISU Holt Arena and main street shopping and eating areas. Covered parking and large fully fenced backyard with covered back patio.
Washer and Dryer, garage storage space and fully fenced back yard (shared with basement tenants).
Other things to note
Living room fireplace is for decoration only. it is non functional. There is an outdoor firepit available for use at own risk. Wood is provided :)

I think this was our 3rd time staying there. The house is very comfortable. Perfect for our needs. I love that it also has a hot tub and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms.

Perfect little spot for our family

We had the best time at this home. The hosts were very communicative. The house was very clean located in a quiet neighborhood close to anything we needed. We will definitely try and stay here again as we go to pocatello often!

This was a great stay for us in town for our ISU reunion. Everything was 4-5 min away. Had everything we needed for our long weekend. The host was quick to respond to my emails. You can't go wrong with this place. We were going to get in the hot tub, but ran out of time. The water did look clean and clear though.

The Sunset House is a newly renovated themed house. Beautiful sunset scenery and hand painted murals on the doors. You will love the quiet neighborhood and large fully fenced back yard. House is stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Extra cozy blankets for lounging on the couch. Close to everything including, parks, restaurant's, shopping, ISU Holt Arena .
