We really enjoyed our stay overall at Club Wyndham. The only issue we had is the mattress on the bed in our room was wore out, it had a huge dip in it on one side of the mattress really needs to be replaced.

Week Of Relaxation

We had a great time staying at Club Wyndham. It's our 2nd stay at the Resort. The suite was clean and it was ready when we got there. We are planning another trip up there in September 2024.

Almost like home!

If we had a recliner and a vacuum, it would have been just like home. Just as advertised! Great location to get in and out of. Easy access to Veterans Pkwy to bypass Pigeon Forge and go straight to Gatlinburg.

Very nice condo

We loved the condo. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and comfortable bed. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only complaint was I wish VRBO would have informed us that this was a time share resort. We declined the tour but with a lot of pressure. After the check in we had a great vacation.

Wonderful

My husband and I absolutely loved the stay at this place. The bed was so comfortable I plan to try to purchase the mattress when I get home. It’s pretty close to everything we had in store to do. Room was very big, which was nice cause hubby could watch tv in another room while I slept in. Pools were separate from building which kinda sucked but wasn’t too bad. Little chilly but we bundled up for the drive around the corner. We plan to stay again here next year if our vacation spot doesn’t change.

This is a hotel resort not a Condo!

The description discusses condo/ apartment like features. It was a Wyndom resort hotel. Once tou recalibrate it is hotel, it was okay. No views etc. Hotel front desk unfortunately hadpowrr outages multiple times and checkin was difficult to very lengthy ordeal. Finally went old school paperfor those of us who hadprepaid. Gave temp cards. Then steered us into a discussion with their other representatives as a guise to get working cards. This was a high pressure to attend a time share type seminar! We saud no thank you and this made them unhappy. Sorry, we booked throughVRBO thinking we were getting a condo not a timeshare seminar! In all it took 2 trips to get working keys for room.
