In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools, a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

Our stay in Gatlinburg, TN was overall okay. It met the basic expectations for a short trip. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is a bit tricky. I would recommend using a 4x4 vehicle during the winter, as the route can be challenging. It’s also a good idea to make your first visit during daylight, because finding the place in the dark can be confusing.That said, the area itself is beautiful. Gatlinburg is a great city to visit, and being in the mountains is always refreshing. The peaceful atmosphere, scenery, and fresh air make it a wonderful spot to relax and recharge.

The owners are great. But- the only thing provided is 4 coffee K-cups. No sugar, no powdered creamer. We somehow missed reading that the "included hot tub" was by an indoor pool that you have to walk to outdoors in the 50 air and share with everyone. No thanks. We've stayed in much nicer and much, much cheaper hotels with better decor. The furniture in the front room is very uncomfortable and the design is weird, well unless you love black bears. We get it- there's black bears everywhere. The only thing that made it nice is the view from the balcony, because it's peak autumn leaf time. Overall, it was disappointing for our anniversary trip, but the owners are very kind and helpful people.

My husband and I spent the week in the condo. It was the perfect size for us and the views of the mountains were amazing. The road up to the condo took us a little to get use to but all the switchbacks were worth it for the gorgeous view!!

Room itself was clean. The molded shower curtain was a little surprising. There was certainly not a need for a fleece blanket and a duvet and a top sheet for high 60s weather. Screen slider is missing the handle to enter the balcony, so its a little wonky on the track from having to push it on the back side. Location was good, view is beautiful, but place itself was just okay.

The views were spectacular from the porch although the direction it faced when we were there stopped us from seeing a sunrise or sunset. The unit was easily accessible for older people - no stairs. The living area (kitchen/dining/living room) was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. We were stayed only two nights so didn't use the kitchen facilities much.

Mountain getaway weekend

The condo overall was small but nice. The issue was it was never cleaned. There were dirt, crumbs and food debris everywhere. Stepped all over it. The counters had food on it. The ice in the freezer tasted bad. The dishes in the pantry were dirty. Keurig was never cleaned with old water left in to get moldy. The couches and towels had other people's hair on it. We needed the pull out couch for my 6 year old son and it was covered in debris. There was only a fitted sheet with no other sheets or even pillow case for his pillow. The extra blanket wasn't washed and smelled like wet dog. The balcony had shingles all over it from a roof repair we had to clean up which went unnoticed. The dishwasher tabs were all melted. Overall very dirty and we wouldn't stay again. Check in with the key pad wasn't bad, but through the phone/email took 20 mins to send which is too long.

What a view

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean, and we had zero problems with getting in or locking up using the app. The view is SPECTACULAR. So much so it was distracting while just relaxing in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.

Gatlinburg Condo

Our stay at the condo was fine. We had an amazing view of the mountains, close access to the pool, and no run-ins with bears due to the premises being clean. The main complaints were that on my birthday night, we weren't able to get into our condo for an hour due to the batteries not being changed on the electronic keypad entry, the shower and bathroom had dirt on the first night, and the tv only had basic cable channels and no roku or firestick to cast shows from our own devices. However, the condo owner was able to help us get back into the condo and also changed out the battery of the keypad the next morning. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Mountain View

We love this area, beautiful mountain views overlooking the golf course. The drive up to the condo was a overwhelming for me but not for my husband.

The views from the condo were amazing. The condo itself was dated, not very clean. Did not have clean sheets, some unknown stains on furniture, the bathroom was not in the greatest shape. Need to be updated. Overall it was very quiet, peaceful just wasn't the happiest with the condition of the condo

The property was nice and homey. The views off of the balcony were beautiful with a wonderful view of the Great Smoky Mountains. We had no problems with our stay. I would definitely stay again.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.

Roads maintained by the HOA, winter snows are addressed immediately making chains or 4 WD unnecessary. As legal disclaimer assumes vehicle operator exercised prudent judgment using plowed roads. I personally have not used 4 WD to access the property and have had about 6 snows now.
