PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (Sleeps 8 in one king, two queens, and a queen fold out) is a luxury suite with spacious ocean view terrace, luxurious bathroom, kitchen (with full-size refrigerator/freezer cook top & microwave), and indoor/outdoor dining areas.

The space
Cabo is a fantastic destination to help you recharge and melt away all your stresses and VRBO is the best way to enjoy a top-notch vacation for less. Everyone wants their vacation to be filled with fun and great memories, not drama, stress, boredom & disappointment. In order to help prevent these please know:

1. There are other hosts out there who are misleading unsuspecting guests by claiming their condos/apartments are at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. These hosts are even falsely showing them inside Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach on the booking map when they are miles away. What these hosts will give you is a property out in the scorching hot desert, nowhere near a beach, without daily maid service and with very few amenities or dining/entertainment options. Suites which are actually in Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach like mine come with all the amenities & top notch staff you would expect at a beachfront 4.5 star full service resort. When you book with me you will be in the most sought after location with everything you need for an amazing resort vacation!

2. PLEASE do yourself a favor and book your vacation with a highly-rated host and Cabo/resort expert like me. Your vacation is very important, please don't entrust it to an unproven amateur host. I can't tell you how many times I have had to "save" someone's vacation at the last minute, or even on arrival in Cabo, because their bargain-basement (but unreliable) host cancelled the trip they thought they had confirmed months ago. Please see my hundreds of very positive feedback ratings for the resort so you know I provide concierge-level service to my guests. Many of my guests tell me I helped make their trip to Cabo the best vacation they have ever had!


Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort is a 4.5 star resort. The Presidential Suite is a 2 Bedroom Suite w/full kitchen. The hotel is on the Pacific side of Cabo where the weather is milder and the sunsets are much better than resorts in other parts of Cabo.

The resort is all inclusive optional and all inclusive usually runs between $110 and $150 per adult, per day depending upon the level of AI you choose. It is less for seniors 60 & over and kids under 18. After you book the suite through VRBO I will be happy to connect you with my personal vacation assistant at Pueblo Bonito for the best owner pricing on all inclusive, spa, etc.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (Sleeps 8; 2 bedroom/2 bath) is a single story unit with spacious furnished balcony/patio, kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no oven), living room and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It has one king size bed (in the master bedroom), two queen beds (in the second bedroom), plus a sofa bed in the living room. The 2,100 square foot Presidential Suite (total including balcony/patio) is three times the size of the Junior Suite! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. It also has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit -- for maximum privacy -- with the living room, dining area and kitchen in the middle.

Please note all pictures are of the resort and the type of suite mentioned but, although they represent it accurately, they are not necessarily pictures of the exact suite you will be staying in.

Guest access

This is a resort and the unit that you will get is based upon availability but I am happy to place location requests. There are many restaurants, a general store, multiple bars and other sister hotels that are available to you as a Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach guest. There are multiple pools at the resort, each with a pool bar. A unique "Sky Pool" at the top of the hill has spectacular mountain top views. 24/7 courtesy golf cart shuttles available to take you all around the resort.

Other things to note: All guests must message us prior to booking to confirm availability as it changes constantly. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations which haven't done this.
