Very welcoming to pets and close to central park to walk them....couldnt have been a better place!!

Great location. Staff was unfriendly. Beds were comfortable. Carpet was torn. Bathroom door would not shut.

Decent location. The check in staff, doormen, and cleaning staff were friendly. There is a convenience store in the lobby for necessities and a restaurant/bar but no room service is offered. Once we got past the lobby it was clear this hotel needs some TLC and updating. Torn wallpaper in the hallways, dated carpet and walls, and not all elevators were in working order. The room was dark and dingy. The fire alarm had been disabled and removed. There was at least two inches of dust on the baseboards, the furniture was also dark which made the room feel small. There were stains on the lampshades and carpets. There was a mini fridge in our room wicked helped in keeping cold water close. The beds were comfortable but there is no view from the rooms. The first day there were no washcloths but that was remedied day two and three. The bathroom had stains in the sink but seemed clean, enough other than the baseboards. Most likely would not stay again until some updating and serious cleaning happen.

Sweet 16 Birthday Trip

The hotel was beautiful in a great location. The price was fantastic. When I booked , I put my details on as three kids and two adults. What populated on VRBO was this two bedroom. Knowing it was a hotel, I assumed the rooms would be adjoining. Unfortunately, the hotel did not honor that. Although the rooms were close, they were not adjoining. Having three kids and divorced parents who didn't want to share a bed! It would have been nice to have adjoining rooms.
