The Great Room and it's amazing panoramic view is the focal point of the home along with a family room, full kitchen and office space.

Rim View has four very spacious bedrooms. The "Grand Canyon Suite" (Master bedroom) has a King bed, its own patio, and is located on the lower level. On the other side of the house, lower level, the Cactus Room has a Queen with two Twin beds and the Cowboy Room has four Twin beds with an option to convert one set of Twins to a King bed. Upstairs, adjacent to the family room, the Lake Room has a Queen with two Twin beds.

There are four full bathrooms with two of the four full bathrooms located in the Grand Canyon Suite which as a jacuzzi tub in one room, and a step-in shower in the other. The other full bath is located on the lower level between the Cactus Room and the Cowboy Room, and a NEW REMODELED full bathroom adjacent to the Lake Room. There is one 1/2 bath located on the main level off to the right when you enter the front door.

The office has plenty of work space and a Smart TV including books, games, and puzzles for all ages. There is free Wi-Fi along with a B/W printer.

Access to the deck and backyard is through the Great Room or through the Dining room, adjacent to the kitchen. The deluxe barbecue grill and patio seating are located just below and next to the deck. There is seating for 12 at an outdoor table on the deck along with a propane fire pit.

The kitchen has most, if not all of the appliances and cooking tools you would have at your home. If you’re wondering about something in particular just ask if we have it.
