Welcome to the Boathouse Suite (Unit #1)! This cozy suite has charm, a fun theme, and a private entrance. It also has on-site parking and quiet neighbors. This suite is located at the Grand Circle Property and has one shared wall with another suite (closet/bathroom wall). Please see PET RULES.
***No kitchen. This Suite is a Casita.
"This place was perfect for our quick trip to page! One of the nicest rentals I have stayed in. The location is also great super close to horseshoe bend, antelope canyon, lake Powell, and all of the restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to any couple staying in page!" -Sara, 2023
THE PROPERTY:
This Suite is located at the Grand Circle Adventure Property which has a main house, a guest house, and 2 Suites/Casitas. Each unit has a separate outside door for private entry but they do share walls. These shared walls are closet and bathroom areas.

THE SUITE:
The Boat House Suite (Unit #1) sleeps 2 guests on a luxury memory foam queen mattress. The private bathroom and walk-in closet provide plenty of storage and comfort.

-Coffee cart w/ to-go cups, and a sample pack of coffee pods, creamers, and sugar
-Sitting area for your comfort

PARKING:
1 parking spot is available for this Suite (#1) on the side of the property (see map and blue markings). Guests should use the side, shared space & garden gate to get to the front of the house to access the Suite's door.
**Guests can unload and load their cars at the front of the house, please do not block the garage doors**
OUTDOOR SPACE:
1. The beautiful garden on the side yard is a SHARED space with you and other guests on the property. No pets are allowed, and all gates should remain closed.
2. We currently do offer a reserved outdoor seating option (#1) in front of the window and house. It's beautiful for evening drinks and watching the sunset.

-Grass area for pet use is near parking; backyard gated area is NOT for Suite guest use.

GLEN CANYON RECREATION AREA encompasses Lake Powell and lower Cataract Canyon. It is known as the premier boating destination in the Southwest - 186 miles long, with 1960 miles of shoreline, and over 90 side canyons. 6 MINUTES AWAY!
HORSESHOE BEND is an incredible work of nature. Thousands of years of water erosion on its variegated sandstone have forced the âbendâ into its current formation. Catch a glimpse of the Colorado River from the dizzying drop of nearly 1000 feet. 7 MINUTES AWAY!
Youâll need to hire a guided tour (we recommend Kenâs Tours) to visit ANTELOPE CANYON, located on private land within the Navajo Nation. This magnificent canyon was named for the herds of pronghorn antelope that once roamed the area. With sunlight entering the canyon and walls reaching up to 120 feet, the Upper Antelope Canyon Tour is very popular but the Lower Antelope Canyon tour is equally impressive with its otherworldly swirling sandstone walls. 9 MINUTES AWAY!
The STATELINE AUXILARY RAMP has great access to the lake with 6 launch ramps! Simply go past the Wahweap Swim Beach and youâll see signs. 13 MINUTES AWAY!
