The Flat on Gratton | Lit Covered Outdoor Patio (979 Gratton Road), Hosted by Byers & Harvey. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom secondary dwelling comes equipped with a full kitchen, large TVs in the living room and bedroom, a covered outdoor patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. This space is ideal for working professionals or a couple looking for privacy. Unit is off the street adding to the privacy, plus there is parking just outside the unit. Minutes to downtown Clarksville, but out in the country. We look forward to serving you!
Enjoy our 650sf, single-story home with a private entrance. We're located within 5 minutes of the city's most popular restaurants, shops, and kid-friendly activities. We have 2 designated parking spots in the main parking area.
Our private, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies on our large screen TV in the living room. We welcome your fur-family upon approval. Stay organized and avoid the cost of a laundromat by using our in-unit washer/dryer.
