The location was perfect for my family. We had an eight year-old and two 14-year-old boys with us during the trip. Having the option of playing at the park for taking a walk down, the beach was amazing. A small cove located adjacent to the property is very shallow and the kids can walk out quite a way. We enjoyed having the back doorway, making loading and unloading of our vehicle a lot easier without disturbing the downstairs tenants. The people in the community are great and we made friends with several locals during our stay. We will both definitely be staying at this property again in the near future. The icemaker does have a little mind of its own, which is my only negative comment.

Had a fantastic time and communication with the management company was top notch. Have already recommended this unit to a few friends and we are looking at returning next year.Great location and amenities. We spent most of our time when not on the beach on the balcony people watching! Would most definitely recommend this property.

Awesome Condo and Location!

We loved staying here with 3 young boys/babies and our dog. Great location with the very kid friendly beach (Mission Bay) right out front. Nice playground close by and beautiful walking/biking paths. The bedrooms are very spacious and nice to have the patio space. Great view of Seaworld fireworks every night!

Perfect Spring Break Location with Young Kids

We had such a great week - house was exactly what we needed from the location to the beach amenities to just the overall comfort. Would highly recommend to any families who want their own space but also convenience to the beach, park, and restaurants/activities. Communication with management company was super clear and easy as well.

Honestly the best property I’ve stayed at hands down!

I’ve stayed in a few properties down in San Diego and this property is by far the best I’ve stayed in! Very secluded with a beautiful view of the bay. My best friend and I stayed here about 2 weeks ago and we’re still talking about how amazing those beds are!! Best beds ever! Will definitely be booking here again.

House and view are great Beware of the location… It's right under the flight path every 3 minutes a plane flies over and doesn't stop until 11:00 pm and starts up again at 6:30 🤦‍♂️

Family Fun

This house was in a great location for all ages!! With the Bay in front and the ocean 2 blocks away it’s a perfect place to relax and be active at any age! We had a wonderful time! The home had everything we needed! Communication was great! 5 stars for sure!

Outstanding Views

The views from the living room and primary bedroom our just outstanding - wall to wall windows. I've also stayed in the unit below and both are just great. The location is phenomenal - right in front of the sand and the water in the bay is super calm and great for little ones or kayaking/paddle boarding because there are no waves.

A great place to stay

We came to San Diego for a conference my husband was attending for work. We loved staying close to the beach and had great views of the bay. The house was very accommodating and fit our family of 7 perfectly. Property managers sent clear and helpful instructions. Overall a great experience and we would love to visit again!
