Beautiful 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home right next to the Parkway and within walking distance of the Little Pigeon River. Private hot tub and Spacious Living room offers plenty of space to relax on your vacation with leather sectional and recliners. A large kitchen gives you plenty of room to feed your party. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the living area offers a queen size air mattress. This home is a great option for families and friends looking for a stay in Pigeon Forge

Had an absolutely GREAT vacation,,,first time staying on the JAXSON side, before stayed in the GRACE side of the ranch double house. Both are fantastic and super nice. Decorated to the nines and clean as a whistle. Can't say enough nice things to list. Quiet, location, great parking, close to everything, had a wonderful time, AND the host has always been Super, no problems to report.

Location is great l.its close to the parkway but no traffic going by the property. large enough to relax and spend time with everyone. Owners are quick to answer any questions we had. Check-in was easy. We really enjoyed staying here we will definitely see if its available again when we come back!!

The listing was very nice. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Host was quick in response to emails. Needed a few maintenance issues addressed. Contacted host and they sent maintenance. We waited till he was finished. Kitchen amenities could be better. Was no toaster or baking pans, such as cookie sheet.Would rate a 7 out of 10 due to maintenance issues

Location was great & back away from all the noise! The beds slept great! Only wished there was another bathroom as we had to wait to use it because there were 4 ladies in our group. Would recommend to anyone that needs a place that sleeos 4 comfortably.

What a great location! So close to everything yet the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed two nights but would stay again when back in town.

It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable (bring your own pillow these may not be for everyone) the area was quiet and safe. It was just the right amount of distance from the parkway’s noise but close enough to be there in a few minutes. We arrived a few hours early, we messaged the owners for permission to enter before 4pm they replied within minutes and said the unit was clean and ready for our arrival. We will definitely stay again

Everything it was good. The only thing was the AC doesn’t work properly and one of the rooms. you should check that out. We leave at 78 like you say so.

This place was so pretty inside! The beds were comfortable, it was roomy, and it was fully stocked with what we would need. The owners are great, and had fast communication, and the location is FABULOUS. The hot tub was semi-warm, but warmed up fast enough. The only reason for the 4 star review is that the neighbors were INCREDIBLY loud at all hours of the night. They woke our children up twice with laughter and shrieking. Otherwise, the stay was great, and we’d totally stay here again without our children!

Little bit disappointed

Listikg says sleeps 6. 2 king beds and an air mattreas. We check in late after going to Dollywood. When we blew up the air mattress it had a leak. Property manager said they qould replace it in the morning but that meant my teenagers sleeping on the couch. They didnt sleep well. Place was very clean though and great location

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
