Welcome to Season’s Greetings, your home away from home, close to everything in Christmas! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We want you to feel relaxed while on vacation. We hope you enjoy your stay!

You won’t find any other place like this. Located just 500 yards down the road from Foggy’s Steakhouse and across the street from the Kewadin Casino and the ATV/snowmobile trails in Christmas, Seasons Greetings is guaranteed to be the place you’re looking for! Take a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day.

Spacious home all to yourself equipped with all you’ll ever need to have a nice relaxing stay. Two story ranch style home with seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two full kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms, and two laundry rooms.

Bedrooms: four bedrooms located on main level.
and the additional three bedrooms located on the lower level.

This large home was perfect for our large family. The hot tub and fire pit was fantastic. Michigan vacation made for a a great different (Picture Rock Cruise along with hiking & side-by-side rental in Newberry MI was the bomb!)

Beautiful home! We enjoyed a family friendly pool competition and played some poker in the evenings! Everything we wanted to do was all very close. Site seeing, casino, shopping and dining!

Really nice location backing up to state forest and minutes from Munising. Outdoor amenitites were a plus- the hot tub and fire pit were easy to operate and in great working order. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and the public spaces were welcoming and thoughtfully decorated. I would strongly recommend Ashley's place for larger families and groups looking for a stress- free Pictured Rocks stay.

Wonderful Getaway

It was perfect for our family vacation. We had 2 grandparents, our 3 children plus 1 spouse and 5 grandchildren. Plenty of room to be together or apart. Well stocked and very clean. Glass bottom boat highly recommended. Hiking to waterfalls and just relaxing in backyard spaces. A great time was had by all.

Christmas,Mi family vacation

Great location for trips to pictured rocks, grand island, Lake Superior beaches, water falls, and Marquette area activities. Great inside and outside space for families. I highly recommend this property!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Christmas, MI!

My family enjoyed a vacation with our neighbors. This property had everything we needed and it worked perfectly for our group! It was close to many waterfalls and hiking spots. I recommend this place to anyone considering exploring the Pictured Rocks area and more!

Spring Jeep Trip

The house worked out great, we had 15 people comfortably housed with bathrooms to match. We plan two trips a year trying to move around and see new areas each time, but this place is on our list to come back to again at some point. Thanks.

Thanksgiving stay

Enjoyed the roominess for our group, however the main dishwasher did not work and the hot tub also didn’t work, and were told the day of arrival about the hot tub- which was a big reason we chose this property. That was a disappointment for our group. Overall a nice stay.

BEST house we have ever stayed at!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous!!! We had a group of 13 for our girls gone trip and this house fit us perfectly!!! We had so much room and so much fun with this house! The house is HUGE!!! So accommodating for our large group!! The whole house was amazing! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!!

Excellent space for large groups

This house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and has lovely outdoor space in the back yard, including patio dining and seating, as well as the fire pit with plenty of chairs (we did not use the hot tub). Easy access to clean beach and just minutes to Munising, with access to creating hiking from Munising. You won’t be dissappointed!

Excellent host! Great communication, very accommodating!!

Stayed at the house in Christmas Michigan. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Beautiful place and tons of room. Excellent location. Foggy's Steakhouse 500 yards away, great place to eat and have some drinks. Casino across the street. Trail access right there as well!!

Spacious and accomodating

Beautiful and very accomodating for a large group. Location was very close to all the points of interest on our list. We did have to contact the host about a minor detail. The host responded quickly and resolved our issue. We had a lot of fun and also some relaxation and this house was perfect for our family.

Perfect family gathering

We all absolutely loved staying at this home. The pictures truly do not do the place justice. We all had plenty of room. The yard and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire every evening. We enjoyed sight seeing around the area and the house was conveniently located making it easy to do so. My ONLY suggestion would be to add some hand rails where there are steps leading into the house and out the back door.

Beautiful home, lots and lots of space!

This is one of the nicest vacation homes we have ever rented! The finishes in this home are beautiful and the amount to space to spread out is awesome! You can even separate your group into upper and lower levels and each has its own bathrooms kitchen living room and bedrooms. Communication with owner was very easy. We will definitely come back!

Excellent property for large group

14 family members- 10 adults, 4 children all had the best time at this property! Very clean, well laid-out, plenty of space and the location perfect for area attractions. Ashley, the host, was very helpful and quick to reply. We had one issue with the front door latch-reported to Ashley and maintenance repaired it within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this property! Would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Great house near Pictured Rocks

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It has been fully updated. Everything felt fresh and new. While we didn't need it all, there was tons of sleeping and relaxing space. You could have a really large group there and be very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. The only downside to this house is the late check-in time (5pm) and the very early check out time (9am).

Our group of 9 adults and 7 kids fit very comfortably in this house. We visited all the area sites- Pictured Rocks by hikes & pantoons, Miners beach, Marquette, more. Great location! Nearby Munising was a regular destination- fish food truck, shops, and many pickle ball games on 2 new tennis courts (bought chalk for lines). We enjoyed the spacious backyard- meals, hot tub, fire pit, kids games on the grass. It was very private, surrounded by woods. And there was a beach around the corner. Of course, in front the busy road w casino across wasn’t wonderful but we mostly ignored. We had a couple warm humid days and the AC didn’t reach into bedrooms too well. But I didn’t hear too many complaints. We had a great week with 3 generations of family together, able spread out, in a beautiful part of the world.

Great place!

Daughter graduating from college. This home allowed family and friends to all stay together! Beautiful well thought out home. Only issue was there are 7 actual bedrooms not 8 bedrooms as listed on the site. Causing us to juggle how we had everyone laid out. Not ideal but we made it work. Propane for the outdoor grill was out, which we replaced; but property manager quickly reimbursed us. Overall a great trip. Would highly recommend!!
