Summary:
Bring the whole family or a group of friends to this fantastic getaway just a short walk from the charming downtown square. Includes a beautiful and spacious backyard great for outdoor games, BBQ's, smore's making, and other celebrations.

The Space:
Towering shade trees capture you for all outdoor activities from drinking lemonade on the wrap-around porch to cooking at the built-in grill and eating at the outdoor dining table, all while enjoying the added ambiance and warmth of the rock fire pit. Inside continues to delight with beautiful wood flooring throughout, accent molding, and plantation shutters. An open floorplan with a huge granite island, quartz counters, custom cabinets, and stainless appliances. Each unique bedroom is downstairs with en suite baths. Upstairs is a pleasant surprise with a media-equipped family room for games, movie nights, or just reading a book in the cozy window nook

Won't be our last time!

Debra and I were on an adventure, first to the west coast of Florida then Celina, Tx as we consider retirement home options.When we knew we'd be in town for a few days to see our daughter and two grandchildren Debra's first impulse was to contact Winston & Tiffany hoping this beautiful property was available. It was and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.This is our 2nd stay in the past 3 years and we look forward to the next visit! The property is so welcoming, so comfortable, well-equipped, all things that make the stay first class!Try it, you'll love it, and like us, find another reason to visit again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had a special time celebrating our oldest daughter's 26th birthday while at the same time planning our other daughter's surprise engagement in Celina Square! This served as the perfect place to stay near the city center and also provided a comfortable place for our family. We loved the charm of the house, and having a bathroom available in each bedroom was great. I hope we can return when the weather is a little nicer to enjoy the outside area!

Quick Business Trip

We enjoyed the solitude of this property after a busy day of meetings. It is quiet, safe, and very clean. The small town of Celina has a lot to offer in terms of walkable lunch and dinner options. If we travel to the north side of Dallas again, we will stay here! It's worth the drive.

Cute and Cozy

A great house to gather with family and friends. The hosts were very informative and available for our needs. The house contained all the items we needed. Even in July the outside space was great! The breezeway was cool and we always love a firepit!

Great living space and beautiful home

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, lots of tvs and activities. It was also very conveniently located for our trip.

Christmas w/Family

Absolutely perfect!! Celebrated Christmas with family in Celina. So many people we needed an additional place. I am a picky traveler and hard to please. I can only say positive things about this charming home. It really is perfect! We did not use any of the outdoor amenities but they look great. Thank you and we will definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful home!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home is warm, cozy, and inviting - it's just beautiful. There is enough room for several families. We really enjoyed the fire pit, grill area, comfortable beds, and large TVs. And it's super close to the Celina town square, which was magically lit for Christmas. I would definitely stay again!

Party at the Ponderosa!

The perfect property to retreat from busy Seattle to visit our daughter and family. This home is just as advertised...clean, spacious, amenities galore, every detail considered in setting it up to be a great location. The property was ideal for having our grandson's 8th birthday party for 6 friends on Saturday. Love the Celina area and community and the location makes it very easy to enjoy the town and get out and about easily. Winston and Tiffany were very easy to work with and they definitely cared about our stay. We'll be back!

Great Kitchen and Cozy Spaces

The kitchen was stocked and the layout was great. There’s a lot of space to spread out, both inside and outside. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. And the hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend.

The Perfect Escape

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need and more! The outdoor space is perfect for gatherings, with a fire pit, TVs and a BBQ grill. We will definitely book again!
