Our family had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Thank you so much! Beautiful Home

We were in TX to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday and this location (close to my sister’s home) was ideal for all of us coming from out of town. We loved the view from the back patio and the home felt like we could relax and feel at home!

This house was a beautiful oasis for our Christmas. We traveled from Canada and Minnesota to spend family time with our daughter and family in Celina. It has been over 8 years since we have. Sunsets, outdoor space, comfy couch and wonderful property nanager

Seeing the Grandkids

Absolutely beautiful property!! Clean and nicely decorated. Felt like home, but better! The yard is the gem of the property and was the highlight of our time there. Made me come home and start looking at waterfront home listings for sale in my area. I would definitely book here again.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our mini-getaway at the Plake House. The home was very clean cozy and welcoming. The home had so much character and I could feel the care that the owner took to make this place feel like home. I would come back again. Thank you for opening your home to me and my family.

Plake House

Enjoyed our stay at the Plake house. Lots of room, lovely view, close to park for the grandkids, lots of games for both kids and adults. Neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown Celina for good restaurants. Only drawback was trying to keep the home cool during the overly hot weather...upstairs bedroom over garage area was always a bit too warm. Otherwise, the rest of the home was fine.

Thank you for your review Annette. We enjoyed hosting you and would welcome you back again. We apologize that the upstairs was hotter than you felt was comfortable. Unfortunately when the heat is at or over 100, AC systems struggle to keep up. We will look into adding additional fans to help.
