Welcome to The Ash! Nestled in the Foothills of Eastern Tennessee and located in the family friendly White Oak Lodge & Resort, it is a short drive to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mts. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeping 8. Guests have access to a private hot tub as well as community amenities such as a saltwater pool (available Memorial Day to Labor Day), fire pit, fitness room and basketball/tennis court. The location provides easy access to and from the Parkway, so no steep roads to get to your cabin.

Cabin was absolutely beautiful and more than accommodating for my family the kids enjoyed themselves as well as us adults.. the property was very clean and the hosts were very quick to respond to any concerns or questions very beautiful and we will definitely be back!!!!

The location was great !! We weren’t too far from anything. Check in and check out was very simple and easy. The description and pictures were very accurate. Also the cabin is on a flat road so very nice if you want to go to the cabins without going up any hills.

Our week was amazing to say the least! Me and my husband were getting married in Gatlinburg and decided to book this place! The owners were easy to get along with, super nice, place was spotless, and check in and check out was super simple! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

Convenient location!

Stayed the weekend for a family wedding event at The Roosevelt Lodge. The cabin location was very convenient to the venue and not far from downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin amenities were great and we enjoyed the hot tub. Brandi was very helpful and answered all of my messages promptly. Would stay again!

AMAZING

we loved this place we took everyone from the kids up to grandma. It was such a peaceful community. So nice and kept up. Hosts were great there’s not a lot of service in the mountains so I didn’t the key code and the hosts literally called me when I got to property to give me the code. Also my car broke down day one of vacation and the property management literally stopped and helped us with the car! Amazing stay, amazing hosts and amazing community!

Perfect

This cabin was beautiful! We loved everything about our stay. All amenities worked as listed. Hot tub was great, air hockey was great and the wifi was good enough to catch up on some work in the evenings. We had 2 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10 and we were all comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Gatlinburg cabin. White oaks.

Cabin is very clean and spacious. My grandson loved the air hockey table . The pool is wonderful. I never experienced a saltwater pool before, but, I liked it much better than a chemically treated pool. The cabin was just a short walk to pool and also to basketball court and tennis court. Check - in was easy with code. The hot tub is on back porch and very relaxing. I would recommend this place to stay. It is far enough away from city for a serene peaceful getaway, but very easy to get to city.

Nice place to stay

The cabin was very nice. A couple things need fixed such as the toilet paper holder in the master bath, one side was missing when we got there. The back door in the double bedroom to the deck needs adjustment for the deadbolt. Everything else was great. There was a basket of snacks for us on the kitchen counter which was nice. The AC worked great and the beds were very comfortable. The back deck is great to sit and listen to the sounds of the woods.

The Ash is for you

We love this little community and all the amenities offered. The cabins are extremely nice and although part of a community, offers the serenity of a private cabin. The on site pool, courts, and weight rooms are added bonuses. The Ash was beautifully laid out with two master bedroom downstairs with two twins and air hockey upstairs…and an added bath! One of the best within this community! Loved it!

Great overall stay but a few complaints

Would suggest more comfortable bedding. One of the twin beds in the loft area was broken… and didn’t have springs on the end of the bed. One of our people fell off the bed when she tried sitting on the end of the bed. The bathrooms need more hooks on the walls for towl hanging. But great place over all! They just need to fix the upstairs bed.

In regards to the bed, we were not aware of a broken box spring prior to your stay. We were not made of aware of this until our cleaner inspected the property after you left. When we did find out, we had a replacement on site within two hours. We would have loved the opportunity to resolve this while you were at the property. In the future, please reach out to hosts about issues during your stay as they likely can be resolved.
