This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beach home has it all! The comfortable open floor plan is inviting and perfect for relaxation at the beach. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed, and the new addition of a third bedroom has a full-size Murphy bed. The bathroom for the second and third bedrooms is accessible in the second bedroom and in the hallway for convenience. In the living room, you will find another twin Murphy bed and lots of seating to enjoy the view or stream your favorite movie! The third bedroom is also the perfect place to work from the beach, with a convenient desk area and TV for gaming or other entertainment. All TVs in the home are smart for streaming services as no basic cable is offered. Enjoy meals at the table or the island bar. Vaulted ceilings, luxury tile flooring, a modern kitchen, and great natural light make this home perfect for your next getaway.
The private beach access is also very close, you just cross the ocean boulevard and access the strand between 147 OBW and 149 OBW.
The home provides a residential, passenger elevator for your use to make unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow the posted rules.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. In addition, this home offers a pool chiller available from May through September, also for $500 per week. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, that Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues. There is absolutely no smoking allowed on this property.
