This brand new home located in Wicker Park offers 7 beds, 6 baths, 2 living areas, 2 chef's kitchen and a dedicated dining area!

This property is very unique as it is two units combined into one, allowing you to take advantage of 7 Bedrooms w/ 9 Beds (5 Queens, 2 Twin XLs & 2 Twins), 6 Bathrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 full kitchens.

We are affiliated with Wave Sushi and offers eligible parties of 6 or more a free bottle of champagne/sake, just show your confirmed reservation! In addition to Wave Sushi the property is in a wonderful location close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and public transit- the Blue Line is a 2 min walk. Hop on the blue line and come directly from O’hare airport and it is only a 10 min Uber/Lyft to the heart of downtown.

Parking: There are 2 dedicated parking spots for guests, see the pictures for more details. Should you need additional parking there is typically free street parking in the area. Alternatively you can park in the garage located 1911 N. Western Ave, Chicago IL which is less than 400 feet from the property. They charge about $15 a day.

The Exclusive was perfect for our group of 8 friends which included couples and singles. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so it was like a hotel (but cheaper) with our own private living area. The decor was lovely and everything seemed new. Lots of windows and light. One of the best things about the place is the fantastic coffee shop right next door.

Adam's building was the perfect space for our team offsite in Chicago. Very centrally located with the best coffee in the city downstairs! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! We were here to have an early Thanksgiving dinner with family and go to a Steeler game! Although the Steelers lost, we had an amazing full turkey dinner with all of the sides and the ability to cook everything with ease because we had 2 kitchens to cook in!! Having 2 floors and enough bathrooms for each bedroom made the stay even better! Both living spaces were so comfortable and gave us the space to have family able to watch sports on one floor and movies on the other. The owners also give great recommendations for coffee and meals so you won’t be disappointed! Grocery and beverage shopping was easy! It was also easy to get around with all types of transportation! For a large group, you won’t be disappointed!!

We rented both units to allow for us and our friends to be together for our daughter’s wedding, which was great. Check in was really easy, and, the entry system made it simple for our guests to come and go on their own. The location about 4.5 miles West of Lincoln Park, which was perfect for the wedding venue. There is with ample on street parking east of Western Ave. on Winnebago, Grocery stores were also close by. The two units were clean and airy, with high ceilings and lots of windows. Communication with the owners was easy and our (minor) requests were promptly addressed."

Birthday weekend

This property was perfect for our group. Each bedroom was paired with a bathroom and both kitchens and living room spaces were clean and comfortable. Located across the street for the train, it was easy to get around town

Great place to stay

We found the location amazing and convenient. We were in Chicago for a trade show at McCormick place and our travel to and from was never stressful. The amenities at the Vrbo were great. I would absolutely recommend this property for a fun enjoyable convenient stay. The property was very clean and lacked nothing.

Oasis in the city

This is a property that’s in the middle of the city but feels like your miles away. It was. Without a doubt it was one of the nicest properties I’ve ever ever stayed in.

Great stay for a big group!

We stayed for 2 nights for our annual team retreat. The location was convenient to get to by train and the parking was super easy. The house is just like it is in the pictures, one of the best VRBOs I've stayed in. Very considerate amenities like fans, hairdryers and extra blankets in each room. The apartments were so clean and comfortable! wonderful size and lots of privacy even with such a large group. Lots of little coffee shops, walgreens and food nearby. Excellent sushi restaurant (wave) right downstairs! Looking forward to staying again :)

Perfect family event's accommodation

As described on the site. Perfect location to the wedding venue, with enough bathrooms for everyone, spaces to socialize and dined together, full amenities, strategic locations to attractions/restaurants/shops/groceries, parking spots on-site and close-by. Responsive property manager who provided detail info on the property, check-in/check-out process, general info on the area. Adam Yin is very accessible, helpful and personable. Beautiful Apartments, steep stairway

We loved the location, the beautiful accommodations. Just one complaint - the stairways are steep, and we were having a family reunion with our 95 YO father/grandfather. We wish the listing had made it clear that these are on the second and third floors of an urban building. I'm sure its fine for most people, but for those who have accessibility issues. Otherwise, the apartments were very newly done, so everything is spotless. The kitchen is beautiful but lacks pots and pans large enough to cook for the number of people you can accommodate here (we had 8), so I recommend bringing your own cookware if you plan to cook for everyone in your party.

Great Stay

The listing really does look like the pictures. The location could not have been more convenient, literally across the street from the blue line stop and a nice breakfast spot. The unit was incredibly spacious and the grey couch on the third floor was excellent. The water pressure for the showers was wonderful and even with multiple showers we never ran out of hot water. The host was excellent. At one point we accidentally broke a glass and the host told us to leave it and that the cleaning crew would take care of it, their primary concern was for our safety. Also the fact that cleaning crew really did take care of everything made check out much less stressful or annoying. Two things to keep in mind with this listing: As another review noted the stairs are incredibly steep. One member of our group did have so difficulty as he is not in the best shape. The other thing is that the showers do not have doors. In hindsight we realize you can tell this in the photo but none of us realized because we weren't looking that closely. The showers are pretty big, they feel open due to the lack of a door and you lose alot of usuable space when the water is running.
