The Latch House is one of the oldest homes in Arrow Rock. This home was built in 1829 as a town store home. This property is centrally located one block to the Boardwalk and three blocks to the Lyceum Theater. In 2018, the Latch House was completed renovated and restored. The Latch House is a beautiful 2-Bedroom home that offers a galley style kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The Latch House has a beautiful open yard with flower gardens.

If you are needing two properties close together check out the Latch House Barn which sets adjacent to the Latch House.
Local Guide
Arrow Rock is a small rural town with many attractions. Arrow Rock is home to the Lyceum Theatre and offers many festivals throughout the year. Located on the Boardwalk is merchant's shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a scenic view the Arrow Rock State Park is a beautiful park with a visitor center, picnic areas and hiking trails.
There is not a grocery store in Arrow Rock so you will want to acquire your provisions prior to arrival.

Anniversary with dinner & a play!

We took a trip to this quaint township to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. We love historical sites and this entire tiwnship is a historical site. Also came to experience the Lyceum Theater's play of A Christmas Carol, which was phenomenal and enjoyed a meal at the local J. HOUSTON'S tavern . The cottage was a very fun experience with history dripping in every corner but boasting all the modern conveiences that one would need. Latch House is a Home Run

This historical home is located near the Lyceum Theatre and the historical downtown area. This is a great way to explore the history of Arrow Rock and the surrounding area. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal to share with friends and family. Plus the patio area gives you a nice option for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Small town perfection!

This is an ideal stop between St. Louis and Kansas City. The house is even cuter in person than the pictures show. Great for 2 to 4 people. Close distance to town but off the main street. The house is a great blend of charm and modern amenities. Perfection!
