Welcome to Reston! This brand new apartment boasts a grocery store on site (Wegmans), 10 minute walk to Reston Metro Station and modern luxuries for you to enjoy.

The state-of-the-art kitchen has cookware, bakeware, flatware, and everything you need to kick off your culinary creations. The 4K TV is waiting for you to catch up on all your shows. Laundry in the unit for your convenience. Wifi, utilities, and linens are all included with your stay.

We look forward to hosting you!
The space
You are more than welcome to access the property's amenities. Please be kind and respectful to all other residents.

Level 2: Co-working spaces & Single occupant restrooms
Level 3: Indoor Gym which has: restrooms, yoga studio, outdoor gym access, & pelotons.
Level 4: Lounge area, Theater room, Event Space, BBQ Grill, Courtyard, Pool, Restrooms, & Accessible Locker rooms.

Most areas are first come-first serve however some residents may reserve the spaces - please be respectful of this.
Guest access
Property & Apartment Access will come from "Latch", please send me your email so I can approve access. You will need to create an account with Latch using that email.

The Parking Garage allows you to drive up to the 6th floor, meaning you can drive up to your level and walk into the building that way.

An access card accesses the Garage. You'll need to have an access card & permit to enter. Please ensure your permit is visible - the tow trucks do frequent the garage!!

Access card & Permit for one vehicle can be found in the kitchen.

Great for business travel

I stayed here while in town for business. Great apartment in a nice building. Easy walk to the metro and grocery store in the building made everything very convenient. Apartment was comfortable and much better than staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!

The property was nice and met our needs. We enjoyed the fact that Wegmans grocery was in the building. We also loved how the parking garage had entrances for each floor which made getting luggage into the room easy

Lovely Apt. with easy DC Access

Clean, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 5 minute walk to the Metro into DC. Stocked with every amenity. In house washer and dryer an extra plus. Very convenient to be connected to Wegman’s grocery store-no driving, just take the elevator to the 2nd floor! A bit tricky initially to use an App to open every door and to operate the elevator so if you’re not tech saavy, that might be a challenge.Highly recommend this property!

The property was everything as described. It took a little while to master the security measures but it should. Everything was clean, great mattress and pillow, very quiet. The building staff were very helpful and our host Hassen was very accommodating. Worth a return trip.

Great stay! The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. The Edmund (where the unit is located) has awesome amenities, including a work out area, lounge, fire pits, pool, etc. it is also over a Wegman’s, making it so easy to stock up. No need to even get in the car! It is conveniently located to Dulles Airport, Herndon, Fairfax, etc. the unit itself is bright, airy, and spacious. The building and unit are protected by Latch, which was fairly easy to use. The host is responsive and provided a lot of useful information prior to our stay. I will definitely book this unit again if we have travel plans involving this area
Oh, and the Reston Metro station is within walking distance, eliminating the necessity of driving into DC!

Communication problems with check in but well worth the effort.

We shared the contact information with other family members. The apartment was bright, fresh and clean. Our check in process was rough since I had not been sent the email that contained the managers contact info, or the “latch” lock app. It took 2 hrs and we almost had to find another place. Finally, we made contact with the manager and he sent me the missing information. I was relieved to finally get into the unit. It was a pleasant stay.

Wonderful and cozy place to stay!

We very much enjoyed this apartment. It had everything that we needed. It was a little tricky with the Latch App but we got it figured out and actually really were impressed with the security of this access process. The unit was very clean and spacious perfect for two people. Comfortable bed and couch and we really loved having a designated workspace. We absolutely loved having Wegmans with a private entrance to shop. That was definitely a luxury! This place will be spectacular after all of the building and construction around the property is complete. There was no noise or any construction in our way at all, but just the view out the window. We will definitely book this again if it’s available next year.

I have lived in the DC Metro area throughout my life, I love it here. I thoroughly enjoy coffee, food, & shopping. On the weekends, I find myself at Tyson's Mall or somewhere in DC. My friends and I enjoy all the wonderful activities in the area, such as museums, brunch spots, and put-put golf.

This building is brand new (opened Nov. 2020) with state-of-the-art amenities. They honestly thought of everything when they built this building. The parking garage drives up to your floor so you can walk directly to your apartment without battling others for the elevator.

The smart lock technology powered by your phone ensures you don't have to keep track of keys or fobs. There is an indoor gym, an outdoor gym, fire pit, grills, co-working spaces, and a Wegman's Grocery store attached!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Having a grocery store attached is extremely convenient because if you ever forget something it's just downstairs for you to pick it up. Wegman's also has a hot bar, soup bar, and burger spot for you to get ready-made or made-to-order food! As someone who isn't the biggest chef, I take full advantage of their food!

Also, the metro is less than 10 minutes walk away! This makes it so easy to get to Dulles Airport, Tyson's Mall, and Washington DC!
