The rate has been reduced to account for the construction occurring outside the building. During the weekdays, there is intermittent noise from the outside construction. There is no construction on the weekends. Construction on the building will continue through the summer of 2024.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom beachfront condo is on the fifth floor and steps away from Oahu's best beach, Papaoneone in Makaha. The living room and kitchen are spacious, with mountain breezes coming through large windows and space to spread out. The master bedroom has sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and a large lanai, perfect for watching sunsets and dining. The beach is for lovers of the ocean, surfers, snorkelers, and those who want to be lazy in a turquoise oasis. The beach is excellent for kids.

Surf events take place in Makaha each year, and it's an ideal spot for surfers of all skill levels. The beaches in Makaha are also excellent spots for sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming. Another popular activity at Makaha Beach is diving. The Makaha Caverns is a beautiful spot featuring a series of arches, caverns, and overhanging ledges. There are many oceanfront restaurants, markets, coffee shops, and the Koʻolina resort community that includes restaurants, activities and Four Seasons and Marriott properties is 20 minutes away.
