Welcome to this charming 2 Bed 1 Bath property in College Hill. This property is located in the desirable neighborhood of College Hill near the famous Belmont Street Arch! This property is a duplex.



The Space:

The space is nice, open and welcoming. The dining room has a large mounted roku tv. Feel free to connect your streaming service. The dining room includes a large table for your use. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and a Keurig with pods! A washer and dryer is provided in the basement for your use. Both bedrooms and the bathroom and located on the second floor of the property. A garage with remote control is also available for your use.

This is a lovely property located in the heart of Wichita. I truly appreciated the location because it’s near a lot of restaurants & entertainment but in the evening you come home to a quiet very clean comfortable space. The owner was very eager to help out in any way.

Great location

The house was cozy and comfortable, close to everything and so beautiful, too! It’s a lovely neighborhood for a walk, nice restaurants close by also.

Lovely house - great location

We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Belmont Place is the perfect Wichita location

We loved staying in the College Hill area. We walked to College Hill Park and surrounding attractions. It's such a beautiful part of the city. The house was clean and exactly as expected.

Vintage charm in College Hill

reminiscent of my childhood home, this property has high ceilings and large bedrooms. Nicely updated kitchen.

Great weekend!

Had a tournament in Wichita over the weekend and wanted to bring the dog. Great neighborhood and location. Good communication from the owner and we were even able to extend our stay. Thanks!

Nice home and location

Everything about my stay was good. The only recommendation I have is to put a sensor on the porch light for guests arriving late. It was very dark and hard to see the door lock when I arrived. Thankfully I had the flashlight on my phone. We did have an issue with the door as a previous guest mentioned but it was taken care of in a timely matter. I would recommend this house and would stay there again in the future.

Great Stay in College Hill

Overall the property was wonderful and the host was easy to connect with. The property was charming and I loved being in College Hill. I will 100% come back to this property and other properties with this host. Pros: - Safe - Easy to walk to Watermark Books & Cafe (along with other food/coffee in College Hill - Coffee Daze, Andy's & Frost) - Close to Dillons (grocery store) - AC was great on main floor - Updated Kitchen - Updated bathroom (great shower/ tub combo with GREAT water pressure and temperature) - Provided washing pods for dishwasher and washing machine along with dryer sheets - Keurig coffee machine - Updated appliances - Enjoyed being close to College Hill park to take my dog for walks - Allowed my dog for a small fee - Smart TV (only one in living room) Cons - Stairs up to rooms and bathroom didn't have a railing which seemed dangerous at times - No toaster (this was kind of a bummer) - Washer / Dryer in the basement was terrifying (the basement looked like the plot in every horror movie) - Backyard was lackluster and not kept up - Not a lot of towels in bathroom - AC is upstairs, but HOT during summer months even with the blinds closed and fan - TV mounted really high above the fireplace (straining neck to watch) and tv small in size. - No main floor bathroom (not a big deal just something that can be a hassle)
