There are two additional amenities-rich bedrooms with big windows, big TVs, closets, and more. These bedrooms share a modern bathroom with an incredible, large rain shower.

Guests can access all of the rooms of the home, game room, front and backyard. The shed in the backyard is an owner's building and will be locked.

We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation. Unless house rules are broken, we will not be visiting guests.

Most visitors arrive in Sedona via I-17, rolling along Highway 179, Arizona's first All-American Road, the Red Rock Scenic Byway. As you come around a gentle curve, suddenly the breathtaking Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock seem to explode into view and instantly you know… you're in Sedona.

You can walk to many restaurants and shops in Oak Creek Village. There is plenty of parking in Oak Creek. There are also trolley rides throughout Sedona if you prefer public transportation. Note that traffic will increase in the afternoons so plan accordingly.

Cameras have been added to the front door and front yard for safety purposes and to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home. Cameras are motion detecting and will record the front yard and front of garage area at all times. Parties will be shut down immediately.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. Smoking in the home will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
