Incredible location! The building felt safe and secure. The apartment had all available amenities and was well furnished. A few minor maintenance issues need to be addressed like tightening some screws on things for safety but all in all we would come back to stay there again

Visiting UK

Clear and prompt communication with the property manager. Check-in was easy. There were a number of good dining options within a short walk. Unit was beautiful, clean, and the views from it were great. We will stay here again.

Perfect for our university visit

My husband and I and our oldest stayed at 175 lex and everything was perfect. Claire, our host, was very attentive and we even got to check in a bit early. Very clean and great location!!

Very nice!

Bright, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Bed mattresses are very important to us and these were very comfortable! Location is near to concert venues and great walkable areas and restaurants. Very happy with our stay! We will be back!

Condo Close to Downtown

This condo is in a prime location if you are looking to walk to restaurants and bars. It's clean and fresh! Only drawback was we had some trouble with the key pads and code system intermittently which was frustrating at times. Overall a nice place to stay and would book again.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at 175 LEX for a wedding weekend. We found the property to be just like the pictures, a wonderful location in downtown Lexington, clean, and prompt, responsive communication with the host as we finalized details for the weekend. I highly recommend this location!

Perfect spot

This rental property was in the perfect location. There was a lot to do around there and walking distance. We were able to walk to dinner and the Rupp Arena for a concert. The property owner’s communication was great and easy to follow. The place was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. Check out was super simple too.

Lexington stay

Only stayed 1 night to hit buffalo trace distilleey tour on way to NC. Appartment is very clean. Everything looks brand new. Location close to bars and restaurants. Only issue is there are a lot of homeless sleeping at courthouse around the corner.
