Stayed at the property for 3 nights and used it as base camp for our distillery tours. Great location near local restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

Great stay in Lexington

This property worked out very well for our family to attend a family wedding. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is very close to UK. There was plenty of space for everyone. We would stay here again when visiting Lexington. Thank you for a great stay!

Charming Home in Great Location

Lovely home with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable bedrooms in a great location. We stayed 5 nights and felt like we were at home! Heating/cooling system works great, bathrooms are updated and our host checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory and to see if we had any questions. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Lexington area.

Clean and cozy!

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed. Cathy went above and beyond thinking of the needs of guests. The house is such a great location to shops and restaurants too. We will definitely be looking forward to staying again, next time we come to Lexington.

Great Place for Friends’ Weekend

This house was the perfect location for a football weekend. So convenient to the stadium, walkable to Chevy Chase, and a lovely neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, roomy, well-stocked with attention to details. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Another great stay in this cute bungalow for Keeneland weekend with family. Walking to Josie’s for breakfast has become a tradition, and it’s an easy drive to the track on race day.

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

This was one of the cleanest, most well-appointed places that we've rented. The location was great for walking the dog or walking to neighborhood restaurants, etc. Centrally located for driving around Lexington. A quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. One of the best places we've rented.

The Lexington home is perfect for your gatherings. We have never accually lived in Lexington, but our kids attended college there...I especially love going to this house for my getaway retreat for just a few days! It's comfortable, convenient, spacious yet cozy, quiet...I love the front porch adirondacks and drink my coffee out there almost every day, weather permitting...sometimes even in the rain!
